Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn’t seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. Designer remodeling replaced all my kitchen cabinets several years ago. They still look BRAND NEW and my kitchen still has a new, fresh feel. I can't say enough about Neil and his crew. They were professional and kept everything so clean and dust-free throughout the process! I know, it can be a challenge to remodel, especially the kitchen. Working with Designer Remodeling made the process really manageable. Highly recommended.

We had a.tub to shower conversion which took two half days. Installation looked fine and the products used are nice. John the installer was polite and respectful. We were told not to use the shower for two days. On the second day when I wanted to use the shower, one of the doors won’t shut. It rolls open, will not stay closed. Called the office and Project Manager, Noah, with no response. Husband called and also no response. It has been a week since install.and I can’t use this shower. I have some disabilities and would like to use my shower. Customer service is zero. What good is a warranty when no one responds?

As my girlfriend and I were planning to move in together, we decided on a full remodel of my 25-year-old home. We researched contractors throughout the greater Phoenix area. Initial factors which led to our decision to hire TWD included being a Certified Partner of Rosie on the House, the overall independent reviews and the preliminary information on their website outlining their process including their on-line project management tool.

Working with Ron Labrie through the design phase was a pleasure. He ensured all details were addressed. From his extensive experience, he quickly assessed our preferences and overall style and provided suggestions which helped us narrow the multitude of decisions to be made. He is also familiar with the newest products and design trends but balances that with timeless recommendations that will stand the test of time. Ron also recommended design features that we would never have thought to include. His detailed plans provided an assurance that all the details were addressed and provided the needed information for HOA-related changes. His humor and “tell it like it is” approach was greatly appreciated and resulted in a fabulous finished project.
The project began with a job meeting at our home. Expecting to meet with the project manager and designer, I was pleasantly surprised when each of those responsible for major parts (electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, etc.) of the remodeling also attended and reviewed each of the steps of the project which allowed us to catch any last-minute changes. This reduced the need for change orders during the project. An online job calendar which was updated daily with photos of each step completed was available throughout the process.

Our project manager, Austin, was in constant communication checking in on each step to ensure any major decision points during the process were correct. He was responsive to our questions and any change inquiries had. And, Austin was excellent in spotting and changing any work that was not up to their standard.

Despite moving out during the complete remodeling, we never felt out of the loop and we can say that the overall experience was not only exciting but also a pleasure. TWD helps take the complexity out of a remodeling project. The work was completed right on schedule. Without a doubt, we would recommend TWD for any of your remodeling needs. Their attentiveness, professionalism and customer service were evident throughout the project and resulted in a beautiful remodeling exceeding our expectations.

Best tile work I have ever seen. Ran my hand down the wall and never caught it on the grout joints. Perfectly even. John and his team were excellent to work with every step of the process. His pricing is very fair and honest. They were very flexible and even made suggestions for the design changes. I am recommending him to our close friend for some work. Definitely will use their service again.

Micah ordered wrong cabinets, installed +2 months later than scheduled, didn’t installs a kick board and a year later cabinets are cheap and chipping. Would like to add photos but need to figure how to do that 1st

My wife and I first visited Trinity Remodeling & Home Center on Bell Rd back in late February of this year and we were immediately impressed with their showroom as well as Anthony.

They have a wide selection of cabinets, counter tops, sinks, faucets, hardware and flooring. We continued shopping around but ended up going back to Trinity and working out a deal with Anthony for the cabinets in mid June. They had the best price and service of all the places that we visited and Anthony is an amazing designer and was able to accommodate our needs within the space that we had. We really trusted him and loved the Bridgewood Cabinetry that they have. We ended up purchasing our new Bridgewood Cabinetry because they had the perfect style, finish and construction and warranty for our new kitchen and laundry room.

The delivery of our new cabinets took a while for us to get them because of delays due to the COVID19 but once they arrived Anthony and his crew immediately began the installation of our new cabinets.
Shortly after the cabinets were installed we went back to Trinity to select our new Quartz counter tops. Again, the workmanship was exceptional!! All work was A++

After calling multiple dealers searching for a replacement kitchen cabinet door, I was so happy to reach ArDan. The office manager went out of her way to help me with my issue. She connected me with Danny who went above and beyond and to help me. Due to their high level of customer service, I will definitely use them in the future! Highly recommend!

This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early…yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

Amazing…. Professional, clean, amazing production of my beautiful new countertops … Vinnie was always making sure NO steps were missed and thought everything out. I am honestly so impressed with this company. everyone has been amazing. they sent a salesman to my house and he didnt try to upsell me. I told him that I was interested in the $29 sf deal and he wrote me out a quote that same day. he was great. next came the man who did the measurements and again amazing. he even explained the whole process of how they measure and the equipment he was using and it really is interesting and impressive. then came install day. those guys worked so hard getting everything perfect in my imperfect kitchen. you cannot see the seam, the granite is beautiful, everything is perfect and I couldn't be happier. it is a little difficult to get someone on the phone but so worth it. they were also on time with each scheduled appointment. i noticed the truck mentioned they do flooring which is next on my to do list and I will definitely be calling them.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Hired Granite Transformations to update my kitchen with new countertops. They did a great job, on time, cleaned up their work, and a beautiful job...If you are updating your kitchen I highly recommend them to do the job.
