The guys were wonderful, cleaned up as they went, very respectable and worked well together. Very professional and HUMAN. They did a great job, thoughtful, patient and if they came across a problem, they did not make excuses they just moved forward and fixed it. I would recommend them to all my people I know.

They remodeled our 80's master bath to a beautiful modern one. They also took part of our guest room to make a huge walk in the pantry. They also made our galley kitchen into a larger kitchen with a large island. They timed the kitchen, which was the largest project, so that from the demolition to complete new kitchen was only about 6 weeks. All are gorgeous and they were completely professional and extremely thorough. I think it took longer to work with the designer on the actual design and making all the selections. They are totally wonderful to work with and would recommend this company for any interior changes you may be considering.

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. We are so glad we went with re-bath because they did an awesome job. The shower installation was done on-time, the installer was careful and kept the work area clean and the results are beautiful.

Jeff,our installation professional, was on time, did amazing work and the finished product ( tub removal, shower upgrade) was everything we hoped it would be and more! Our Sales person, Kevin, was spot on when he explained everything that would be accomplished during the process from prep work to the finished product! Jeff delivered on the Rebath promise and we would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a shower upgrade!

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

Fixed some drywall after water damage. Great job, wall looks brand new, texture is perfect. Price was decent. Very happy customer.

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.
