Big rain and wind from Monsoon in Apache Junction. A leak somewhere on the roof & as a result the ceiling fell in my guest room. The room was covered with very wet Insulation and ceiling pieces. I called Venturi at about 9 am and Tim arrived about 2pm. He cleaned up the room and installed 3 heat fans to dry the room. He came back to check the room the following 3 days (calling before he came) & finally it was dry enough to take the fans away. The following steps will be with the insurance company. I do want to thank Tim for being very knowledgeable and professional during this stressful time. He even told me to call him at any time if I had any problems when he was not at my home. Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to fix a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Pedro was especially conscientious and a highly skilled worker. I would recommend Go To Services for any building maintenance repairs or tenant improvement needs you may have. They get the job done right, on time and for a very reasonable fee!

I am due any day now with my first child , and dealing with these house issues is the last thing I want on my mind. After calling so many exterminators , bee removal specialist , home inspectors , I have never been so relieved in my life to call ASAP Restoration. I called and sent him pictures with what I was trying to achieve and what the problem was . I had no where to start. Josh helped me and kept his word that he would call me back after he asked around for what the issues are. He even made suggestions and sent me websites and referrals of what to do , and how he would come in. For someone who is not even getting any incentive out of this to just help someone is beyond me. I will be using this company anytime I have a problem , and I could not appreciate the help and time that he put into helping me and my husband. Thank god that there are people around like this company.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

I have used RHQ for years. Very fast response time, knowledgeable staff, and personal involvement from Business Development staff and Account Managers. Sergei the owner is extremely well-versed in the technical nuances of this field and always available when needed.

It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.
