We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! Robert & Ana are a pleasure to work with. They were referred to us by family members who had used them twice and were very pleased. They performed several jobs including a small painting job, bathroom plumbing, and repairing a pocket door two others could not repair without tearing into a wall. We will definitely use them again.

I contracted for them to do a bathtub cut out. This I needed because I am handicapped and it is hard for me to get into my bathtub. I’m now able to do so.

I tried to call for some advice, and was greeted with, You know what? We are in a meeting now. You'll have to call back. So condescending. Good luck with that approach.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

I was given information about everything that was done until the whole process was finished. All that was told to me was done exactly as told. I had no problems and my countertops were professionally done and I would recommend Diamond Granite Stone to anyone

I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2” the other about an inch. It didn’t do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn’t a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn’t a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

Shannon and his team exceeded our expectations. We were told 8-10 weeks and they are finishing the job tomorrow which will be 8 weeks from starting. We had most of the house remodeled and throughout the work the job site has been kept neat and clean enough for us to live in the house during the whole renovation. Shannon and all of his employees have been responsive to requests, clear in their communication and have shown up when they said they would. Renovations are expensive and stressful so having a reliable contractor is an enormous relief. I would highly recommend Five40 Remodeling.
