Excellent job in every aspect. Not a single bump in the road. Smooth from beginning to end of job. Great team of electricians. Very professional, punctual, and clean. Communication was fantastic. AZ West Solar, and my representative Brett Campbell, did an excellent job of making sure I thoroughly understood my options with going solar; and provided me with a very comprehensive analysis, which allowed me to make the best decision for my household.

Brett was very knowledgeable about the solar industry, and.had the highest integrity of the various companies that I had met with, as I did my research. He designed a system that best suited my needs, and fit my budget; as opposed to other companies that were trying to oversell me for their benefit. He was very responsive and attentive throughout the entire process.

Harmon Solar was contracted to install my solar system but when they sent me a lease agreement with an install date that was way out of scope, I kicked back the agreement. Dan Reese then forged my signature thinking I would never know. APS sent me all the documents that were uploaded by Harmon Solar it was then that I seen the forged signature.
When I called Harmon Solar and tried to reach someone regarding this issue I was put on hold for 43min and then hung up on. I tried to reach them the next day and was told my project was put on hold due to the lease agreement not being sign. I told Harmon Solar this was impossible due to fact that they signed it and if in fact there was a lease agreement that needed to be signed that sense they forged my signature the first time that they should be really good at it by now and just go ahead and forge the second lease agreement.
Who would ever want to do business with a company like this?

Had my system installed 8 months ago and my highest summer bill was 60$!!!! I used to pay around $400-500 for my summer months!!!! I’m so excited to build up some credits these next months!!!
