Our master bathroom needed some re-grouting work. We contacted many contractors to get estimates of the work. The estimates were good, but the problem we had was follow through. Days and weeks would go by, and it seemed like we were just bugging these guys. We brought in some professional companies to provide estimates thinking they would follow through. They could not repair the grout so they offered estimates to do a rebuild of the master bathroom. The pricing was outrageous!

My wife finally found Allure Bathroom Remodeling. John (the owner) came to our house, inspected the damage in master shower, and said no problem. He was so transparent and honest, that he told us it didn't make sense to do a complete remodel. They could do the repairs - and in a reasonable price too! We were ecstatic; so excited that we decided to do a remodel of our guest bathroom that we were never happy with. The cost of doing both projects was roughly the same cost as the single remodel that other companies offered. We settled with Allure.

The actual work finally came. We met John's son, Mike, and his crew. Our master bathroom repairs took ONE day. We've been faced with this problem for months and it was resolved in one day. The next part was the amazing part - our new guest bathroom. Mike was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. His crew was the exact same. Every one of them was trustworthy. We felt comfortable providing input and questions on the work. Everything went so smoothly.

Josh and Dom removed 2 bathtubs and replaced them with showers. Both units are identical with grab bars, hand held shower and glass doors. The white walls make my small bathrooms look a bit bigger. Josh and Dom showed up on time both days and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. The price was right and the company arranged financing pending my refi/cash out. Aqua Therapy was the fourth and last contractor we consulted to redo our master bathroom. During our first meeting, I got a great feel from Derek as to his sincerity and knowledge and responsibility, and sure enough, he proved all that out. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and he was very good to work with. He was patient witih our selections even if it meant less expensive options, he always let us know what/when the next step in the project would be, and he made himself available for any questions/concerns I had. He is not like many contractors who seem too busy to take/return calls once they get your business. His crew of Jacob and George were very pleasant to have in the house too, and we always felt comfortable with them there. I recommend Aqua Therapy for the whole bath and not just a walk-in tub. They did our shower, walk-in tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, and medicine chests.

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. I highly recommend Dream Bath for remodel or handywork needs without a doubt.

Be careful - Just because they are licensed, bonded insured. The owner did not get a permit to add a bathroom and now 3 yrs after spending thousands of dollars the shower pan is leaking. He refuses to take responsibility for it. The city I live in made him pay for the permit after the fact. The ROC complaint I filed did nothing be cause of a 2 yr warranty. But doesn't change the fact that he knowingly installed a bathroom without a permit. And maybe he knew it wouldn't pass inspection because it is now leaking. So much for trusting the pro's.
