Deciding to remodel my house interior was a major decision. The scary part of this decision, I lived out of state in NY. I was fortunate enough to still have my first house I purchased while living in AZ. After reviewing various contractors, I felt the most comfortable with Phoenix Home Remodeling. I have to admit that this was the most stress free, easy going process I ever experienced. I was able to keep in contact with Ben even with a 3 hour time difference. I was informed about the progress of my project by phone and was also sent photos. The final results of my remodel were above my expectations. My place looks great! Thanks to Ben and his crew.

Just had a new shower installed today and I must say, I was impressed with the quality of the work and the level of explanation I got when I asked questions. Most people just try to speak with my husband instead of me, but these guys didn't. Steven and Todd were professional, easy to talk to, and I personally think they've got great taste in music to make the job go that much more smoothly. I can't wait to use the new shower!

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

I liked it at first.but there are already things that are falling apart

So let me start by saying I did not end up hiring the company as it absolutely did NOT fit in my budget!I called for a quote and Kevin came out the very next day. He was 5 minutes early and a pleasant, nice gentleman. I have no issue with him at all. He did all he could for me.My issue is in the fact that it took 2 hours to get to the nitty-gritty, which is how much is this gonna cost? I was looking to have my very small (35sqft) master bathroom remodeled. We went through all the slide shows about how great the company is, the A+ rating they have, and past customer reviews. All this is great, BUT I wanna know what I will PAY. We picked out all the fixtures, tile, paint, shower, everything!! After all this and 2 hours later he turns the computer around to show me a whooping $30,000 price tag!!!! Needless to say that was about 3X my budget. I just feel that when the consultation BEGINS the 1st thing that should be discussed is how much a person can comfortably spend. It would have saved us both 2 hours of our lives.I am also a #'s person, so I would have appreciated a price break down as we were going along about what each item costs, for instance the light fixture, if it was to high I could have chosen a less expensive one, but you pretty much get what they pick for you.I had Re-Bath come out as I am a convenience person and wanted a one stop shop to get it all done at one time. And they absolutely provide this for you, but the cost was just to high for me.

We had a large crack in our exterior stucco that was getting large with time. It was determined that the two existing materials where not properly joined to prevent the cracking. Tood Whittaker Drywall did a fantastic job repairing the crack. The Repair person ensured everything in the work area was protected from damage. Excellent workmanship, I would highly recommend

Had my bathroom recently remodeled by this company and they did an absolutely amazing job. The employees were very respectful and they started the project on time every day. The best thing is that this company is affordable and Michael will make sure all your visions are above and beyond. I will definitely have them do more projects in the future!

From the start of the project (building office/den and featured wall in great room) which the assigned project manager was Jeff and was delivering excellent results with his crew: Alex, Robert, Fernando and Giovanni. Robert (the salesman) did an excellent job in presenting the information about the company and their services. He didn't pressure me and he satisfied all my questions. The scheduling worked well. I needed to change it until after the Christmas holiday---which they did without any problem. Doug was the lead worker on the bathrooms and he was excellent. He was quick and professional in every respect. When I had a question, he would take the time to answer it fully. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and the progress. At the end of each day, he gave me a summary of what he accomplished for that day and what was scheduled for the next day. Every person I deal with in the process of getting the job done was very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the results of the project and would recommend them to anyone.
