Hands down best contractor. Not only knows the industry but the passion they have for their work is enviable. A solid and passionate work ethic goes a very long way in that business & it shows in their craftsmanship!

Good professional job. Prompt and cleanly.

We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!

Acuity came out to look at my project, however they refuse to give any sort of estimate without a signed contract. Which was not disclosed at any point in time when scheduling or meeting. So not only does it seem suspicious that they won’t give me a price before locking me in, but clearly they don’t mind wasting both your time and theirs.
Clearly they are busy enough they don’t need the work, and could care less about potential customers.
Strongly do NOT recommend.

Amy/Mark and crew did a great job of installing and making operational my new American Standard HVAC Heat Pump systems. From the first time I spoke to Amy on the phone about having A&M come to my home for a system quote, I realized there was something different about the way they operated their business. I thought it was very unusual to have the owner answering her own business phone. Amy gathered a truckload of information before even coming to the house. Then both Amy and Mark showed up at my home with detailed plans in hand and spent approximately 7 hrs. with me making suggestions, over all details and Mark surveyed ever square inch of my home and attic space. This was all before I even agreed to do business with them.
I have a very good feeling I will have a long relationship with them and some of the industries best equipment.

Eric and Cameron did an amazing and quick job with our water damage problems we had in our condo from the upstairs unit. I was referred to Air Control by another customer of theirs. Ben first showed up to my residence and conducted an inspection and repaired the items he found to be defective. Ben also recommended things that would need to get fixed in the future. Ben was professional and thorough in his work. However, due to this being my first A/C repair job on my first house, I was skeptical. George (the owner) reached out and spoke with me directly. George offered to come to my house and personally walk me through the testing and repair process for my unit. George was also very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain each test out to me and taught me how the units worked and what to look for as the units age further. Both George and Ben were extremely professional and George as the owner takes accountability and responsibility for his work and company. Air Control definitely puts their customers first. I highly recommend their work.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

Freelite did an outstanding job at our home; we needed more light in the study; they came out to assess the situation and together the decided on the size and the location. This also necessitated some roof work (this was a flat roof). Their subcontractors were each efficient, pleasant, and diligent. The job was accomplished quickly and well and we couldn't be more happy.

Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.

Our ac went out at 1am this past weekend after calling around to alot of ac companies with no reponse Nathan responded 15min after I left a voice message and was at my house within 20min later and saved us from sleeping in a hot home. I will forever be greatful for his amazing fast response.
He is very knowledgeable, amazing customer service.

Called and discussed what I needed help with. Yossi told me to text him pics. I did that day - a week ago, and never heard back. If you want a handyman who will follow through, you'll need to go somewhere else.
