My neighbor referred me to this company and I am so happy that he did. They came to my home and I had a vision of how I wanted to remodel my Master bathroom. They listened to what I wanted they helped me with ironing out my concept. Discussed products I wanted to the finite details. They were always available to talk to. Their workmanship is barre none! They are flexible with scheduling and very accommodating to say the least. I highly recommend them you will be so thrilled with the end result of your investment to transition your home.

Work completed: Total kitchen remodel, new floors downstairs, new stair rail installation, rewire of kitchen lighting and switches, gas appliance connection installation, removal of waste, new baseboard installed, crown molding install, and new light fixture installation.

We started out design in April, ordered materials in June, started construction in September, and completed construction/punch list at the end of November.

Excellent overall experience. The entire team was involved and responsive throughout the entire experience. Michelle made out design process incredibly easy. She chauffeured us around to several different sites to pick out all the details and countertops. She made the whole design process feel like we were first class customers. She has great taste and gave us just enough options to ensure that we never hit decision paralysis . Lucien was forthright with everything about the job and I never felt disillusioned about what to expect or how much I was paying. All of the members were trustworthy and helpful, especially Steve and Cody. At one point our children accidentally let the dog out and Steve stopped working to help get the dog back into the house. The also ensured that the worksite was cleaned up daily and before they left for the weekend. Jim gave us daily updates on what work was going to be completed for the day and who would be arriving. He was always accurate about who would be on the job. He also clearly communicated when things were not going according to plan. This was a rare occurrence. When it came to closing out the job we reviewed the contract together and settled any discrepancies. I also pointed out all of the details I wanted addressed. Everyone of them was handled to our satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again in the future to redo my upstairs and add in a pool. Honestly can't say enough great things. A must if you want to support local business!

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

We needed our master bathroom remodeled and contacted a few companies that said they were too busy or just never called back. Had a few other quotes too but Good Guys came through with what we really wanted and very easy to work with. One stop shop. Amber - Design Team came out and took the time to listen to our thoughts and gave her ideas too. We went to the showroom and she had the design displayed on a screen in 3-D. She also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite etc. already laid out when we arrived. We went with her suggestions. Good Guys worked within our budget as well. We received a breakdown of the costs and they use a website called BuilderTrend that keeps you up-to-date on what they were going to do each day. Project Manager came every day to make sure everything was going as planned. Communication was great - if we had a question or concerned, we received an answer within 24 hours. Good Guys finished the project in less time than the original end date as well. Would definitely recommend.

Joel did a fantastic job at refinishing my kitchen cabinets and both bathroom cabinets, it's like a new home and I feel like a kid at Christmas! We contracted with Custom Creative to remodel our home, with the bulk of the work involving the kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom and flooring throughout the house. The tile and counter work is exceptional. Although the flooring was all the same material, that part of the job was complicated and labor intensive because the flooring pattern changed from room to room. Time management was a weak spot, as the job completion date was pushed out on more than one occasion. In spite of this shortcoming, our assigned manager, Mehul Mistry, was always accessible and a pleasure to work with.

My kitchen cabinets and remodel were done by Affinity in 2009. They still look like new. We are delighted with the excellent craftsmanship. Today, for the first time I had a drawer that I had over filled and I could not get it open. I tried everything. It was an inaccessible interior. I am a pretty capable homeowner but I was really frustrated. I called Marco at Affinity.They had not talked to me for eleven years. Jamie came right over and he freed the drawer in 10 minutes. It is a Friday during Corona virus. I am incredibly grateful. This once again validates our early decision to go with the highest quality custom cabinets we could find for our busy working kitchen! Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

Absolutely Amazing, and better result than I expected. I liked the footprint of my kitchen as well as the granite, so it made sense to look at re-facing. I met with Dan several times, and settled on a color, style and glass for several of the cabinet doors. His team was amazing! They were here on time, cleaned up every evening so that I could still use the kitchen, and they were respectful of my time as I work from home.

Better Than New Kitchens is the perfect name for this company!
