JOE does not stand by his work! He supposedly painted my chimney after I had to hound him to do so to match my house when the full exterior paint was done by him. After a few years all the paint is coming off and it looks like a speckled egg! I called Joe and his company to just repaint the chimney and they have made every excuse NOT to fix the problem!! They said it was 3 years and out of warranty and I should have told them earlier!! Like I walk on my roof or would be looking for a problem. Bottom line, I trusted them to do a good job and stand by any shoddy work. They flat out refused to make the situation right!! Bad business!! All they had to do was repaint the chimney. I suspect they actually never did paint the chimney the first time and lied about it because we had to recall them back a second time and had to hound them to do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JOE!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!!! They are not straight up and are unprofessional!!!

Nobody can beat B3! I needed to replace my 20+ yo HVAC system.
After really long extensive research of local contractors I've decided to
work with B3. It was great decision. I've received best quote on 4 ton Trane from Zeke and the next day crew of 2(Ramon and Jaime) showed up at 7am to install the unit. 3 hours later!!! project was complete. Zeke checked the whole system and everything worked like a Swiss watch. I'm so glad I went with B3 and therefore highly recommend them! Also I'd like to give a shout-out to Katie for great communication and expediting the whole project.

BJ landscaping contracted out a team to do my whole yard landscaping. The price was a bit high and the service was mediocre. The team left weeds all over my yard, tried to upsell me on an irrigation system, and left within an hour of showing up. I called BJ's and asked them to come back to get the rest of the weeds and they said they would look into their schedule to resend a team.

I still haven't heard back and I don't expect to since they'll likely wait until the next month when they're scheduled to come back. Not a great operating model for running a business.

Nathan was very quick and took care of an issue with our thermostat that another repairman couldn't even detect. He arrived within an hour of my call! Wonderful service

My honest opinion of SG installation can’t be put into a few words. Most businesses I let into my home I usually kick them out a few minutes later, this wasn’t the case with SG installation. The owner is professional, courteous and genuinely a good person. His crew is professional organized and great individuals. This started out as a 1 complete install job and ended up with 3 TVs mounted. I have a 65 inch curve tv I had been looking for a stand for at least 8 days non-stop. I thought it wouldn’t look good on the wall and the owner respectfully disagreed with me. He asked me to trust him and I did. I was amazed because “I was wrong and I’m never wrong” lol. When I called SG installation out who knew I would be a customer for life. I’m new to Arizona and didn’t know what to expect. I would recommend SG to anyone that wants professional service, a fair price, and a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure to meet someone honest and fair that’s so rare these days. ArDan came to our home to fix some issues (including a leak of unknown origin) after our original remodeling company failed on several occasions to do so.

We worked with Ron specifically from ArDan. Ron easily figured out what was wrong in regard to our leak when several others at Patterson Remodeling could not. He always showed up on time and as promised. Ron was quick to come up with a plan of action, how much it would cost, as well as schedule a time for it to be completed.

Ron was extremely kind and professional. He has such a talent for the work he does and his experience and love for his job truly shine through. His professionalism was exhibited through his communication, respect for our home, children and pets. His talent and experience is evident in the finished work.

The way care was taken when prepping the job site and throughout the job itself was above and beyond what we had hoped for.

Kelly and Shane came out from Axis and installed countertops in our kitchen. BEAUTIFUL. They were true professionals and the craftsmanship was 100%. Took the time to measure and install each section to perfection. Will recommend to anyone and everyone that asks.
