Porter barn wood is misleading. Their advertised prices online are incorrect. They lure you in with false prices and increase them once you're onsite. Beware.

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

I found SG Installations AZ on Facebook of all places, but after doing a little research and watching some of the videos they post about their installs I knew I found the right company. Scheduling my install was simple, even with a very short turn around time. Just before my scheduled time they called to let me know the installer was on the way. When they got here, they were very friendly and knew exactly what to ask to make sure I would be happy with the TV placement. Once the TV was securely mounted to the wall he even went the extra mile and made sure my surround sound setup was working properly. The TV looks fantastic up on the wall and I could not be happier! 10/10 experience for sure and I'll be referring SG to everyone I know looking for home theater work. Keep up the amazing work Steven!

Nothing but positive things to say about ArDan and specifically TJ & Vinnie. The quote process at the start was quick and transparent. Right before the job started we threw a change into the mix and TJ didn’t miss a beat. Communication between the GC and you for a remodel/flooring job is crucial to know what’s going on and whether it’s tracking in time. These guys have daily updates when work was in progress and the overall communication exceeded my standards. And I have high standards. Looking forward to using ArDan again for a master bath overhaul.

We selected Custom Creative Remodeling to complete our full home remodel, including our kitchen and three bathrooms, after finding them at the Westbrook Village Home and Garden show. We heard great things about the company and trusted them from the get go. Praveen and his team did an amazing job from the initial consultation to completion of the project. Every person that worked in our residence was respectful, tidy, and prideful in their detailed craftsmanship. Our project was completed 100% on time with impeccable quality. We couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with our newly remodeled home! Custom Creative Remodeling delivered the results we were promised and I would recommend them to all of my friends looking to start a remodel project. We will be using Custom Creative again for future remodel projects!

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

The Apollo team built a beautiful enclosed bar in our game room. This project required demo of an existing smaller bar wall and a large closet to create the new space. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tyler and his team took great care to keep the project area clean and contained. The subcontractors used were professional and of the highest quality. The supervisor of this project communicated with us proactively and also responded to any questions we had along the way in a very timely manner. Most importantly, the end product is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bar.

I’ve worked with Burton and crew on numerous projects since early 2018. They have always taken excellent care of our clients with prompt responses, fair pricing, and personal attention, and they do beautiful work! I can’t recommend them highly enough!
