We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Silverado. Troy quoted us a price and delivered everything we expected. The quality of material and work is more than we expected for the price we paid. We would highly recommend Silverado.

I was very impressed with the salesman and the refinishing crew. All were clean cut, polite, and on time. I already knew the countertop surface would look good as we were referred by a family member. We had the kitchen countertops refinished along with a bar and 2 vanities. So much easier than ripping out the old stuff and saving our walls from a recent repaint. At this time, we couldn't find a contractor if we wanted to, but when we decided to make the purchase, the job was scheduled and completed a few days later. This was the perfect opportunity to change out the old mirrors and fixtures and start with a clean surface on the countertops and vanities. Thank you!

We contacted D&D construction for a small but significant repair to an exterior stucco wall. We left a message and received a phone call in a few minutes to schedule a visit for the following day. Dion was on time and give a prompt estimate. The work was completed the next day, efficiently and cleanly. Received a picture of the property showing the condition before and after the visit, and payment was done online.

I had Rhino Construction come in and add a backsplash to my kitchen. The finished work is just beautiful. The guys were pleasant, worked hard and did a great job of making sure they covered flooring/countertops. etc. while setting in the tile. Once done, they cleared up everything, even sweeping my floors. I work from home so they were considerate of that aspect and I would definitely hire the team again. We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. Leonel at XLT was awesome. He helped me with planning out the area for our bath. We had limited space and wanted both a large bathtub and a shower. We talked about my basic designs, and he helped solidify them into a working final idea. All of the men who worked on the project were friendly, professional, and skilled.

Any time a question came up, Leonel did not hesitate to answer his phone for my call, even when he was busy. They tore out my entire bath and shower, built a custom frame for my new tub, and installed a smart shower system so that all of our shower and bath needs can be controlled from our phone if we want (there is also a wall-mounted pad).

The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what they were doing when they arrived, and the entire area was plumbed, the frame was built, all of it was tiled, the tub was installed, and shower/bath heads were installed (4 shower heads and a bath faucet), all within in a week.

Thanks to Leonel and XLT, taking a shower is truly a relaxing experience!

WE love NEW BATH.. We dont have enough words to say all that we love about our new bathroom. Our vision came to life with the assistance of the design consultant. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the work was so professional. The staff were friendly and respectful in our home. I would give them 10 stars if I could, you would be silly if you went with another company.

Very impressed with Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath! We have been working with Adrian and his team on a few projects. Extremely thorough, high quality, and high attention to detail! From the beginning, they have been very professional. They had even provided us renderings of what our bathroom would look like, with sample material. The bathroom turned out soooo nice (will upload photos soon!). We are very happy that we hired Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath. We absolutely love our new bathroom.

The handyman replaced an existing light switch in the kitchen. The charge: $200 which I think was a sour grapes fee for not agreeing to have him install an In-wall power kit for $350 for both tasks. The handyman used my new light switch to replace the broken one - it took approx. 5 minutes total to complete the job. I was a repeat customer but no more - enjoy that $200 - you won't be back. What a rip-off!

Great place! I was looking for affordable flooring and they had tons of options. They let me take a couple of samples home so I could compare the flooring with my cabinets. The next area in my house that I redo I will definitely be going back there. The customer service and prices are unbeatable.

This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I am so pleased with the result of my kitchen renovation needed after water damage. The general contractor, Ken, closely monitored every phase of the project. The workmen he sent over for demo, flooring, cabinets, countertops, painting, and other jobs were friendly, professional, and completed their tasks in the estimated time.
