We had two tubs resurfaced and they turned out fantastic! The guys were on time, very professional and a pleasure to talk to. I will use them again and have already recommended them to four of our friends. Five stars all around!

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

The technician for Pro Bathtub Refinishing showed up early, did an awesome job, and was 100% legit & professional. My tub looks perfect! Would absolutely recommend them for any bath tub-shower refinishing work.

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

I was given a great estimate, it was a pleasure contacting this company. The remodeling expert was very professional, and gave me great ideas on how the bathroom in my main bedroom could be upgraded and given a definite better and improved look. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Replaced all GFCI outlets in 20 year old house, one had burned out- asked to have all replaced. I called after hours, got a response right away! On time and very professional! Will use Sheworks again!!!
