Jon, Gavin and Cam were the installers from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona who installed our new walk-in shower.They did an excellent jobb, were courteous and professional and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after. They also suggested modifications to the original design that saved us additional drywall repair expense. they also suggested a slight change in design for the seat that we had installed that enhanced the beauty of the shower. Their professionalism and courtesy was evident from the start of the project when they laid down their runners to protect the floors until their post installation inspection when they left the house in perfect condition. Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

I had to decided to get a lot of work done on my home all at once. After trying to coordinate several different contractors with various failed results a friend suggested I try a general contractor. I met with several and no one seemed really interested until I met with Mike at Crafted Remodeling. Not only did he seem excited about my project, he was constantly in contact with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with the contract before I signed it and gave him the deposit.

During the work process, communication was open. Nothing happened without my approval. All of Mike's subcontractors that I interacted with were incredibly professional and really worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted. There was one or two times where my vision didn't quite match code or what was physically possible but everyone worked with me to come up with ideas that were satisfying to all of us.

The quality of the work itself is outstanding and I'm in love with my new home and yard. Mike and his team really went above and beyond, even touching up little spots that were near work areas but not included in the contract. I won't hesitate to use them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

The salesman that came out was friendly and attentive to what our needs were. The contractors that came out to enlarge my shower were professional and friendly. They out did themselves. I also had a chair put in and they made sure it was solidly attached. I absolutely love my new enlarged shower. I feel like I am in a swanky hotel suite.

I appreciated their thoroughness from reviewing project details and providing daily updates, to the attention to detail on the project itself! All expectations were managed well, which is so important during any project. I think it is important to note that they kept the project area (including pathway to/from bathroom) clean and protected to minimize any impact that comes with construction. Very appreciated! I also had the pleasure of working with the Omar, the Production Manager, that stopped in during the build to make sure everything was going well. Aqua therapy tubs renovated two of my bathrooms. It was a large project that took several months to complete. Over this time I got to know Derek and his crew (Dean and Brandon) and grew to trust them. Derek is a honest person who will give you a fair deal and does his best to make sure that you are happy with the job they have done. He cares about his work and about providing the best service possible. I also appreciated that when a few issues came up after the installation they came out right away to fix them. A good business is built upon trust and Derek did an excellent job of earning mine. I would highly recommend using Aqua Therapy Tubs for your bathroom remodeling.

I've had Holtzman in to renovate my flooring two times, and both times have come away extremely, extremely pleased with the results. My first time was just a little over 1,100 sq. ft of laminate hardwood - Brandon Holtzman was able to suggest a great product, an awesome look, and didn't play any games with me on the price, making sure to detail all the different items that I would be paying for so there were no surprises once we had him and his team on the job. It went according to plan and on schedule.

The second time around we moved into a bigger space and had to get 2,500 sq. ft of laminate hardwood installed. This time around Brandon and Danny suggested great cost savings/time savings measures and laid down the materials in a way that no other contractor said could be done, all in a price unmatched and on schedule. Was able to meet other members of the Holtzman team (floor installers, carpenters, and painters) and they were all extremely professional and had great things to say about their employer - always a good thing to hear that the company is well run top to bottom.

Of course no job is without its flaws - there were a couple of small items that were missed or needed repair (missed caulking on baseboard, stair trim loose), but in all fairness, with a job this size, small flaws are expected. Brandon made sure his team came out and fixed the issues quickly and with no questions asked.

Will surely come back to Holtzman first for our next renovation project due to their professionalism, high quality, and the great job they've done for us.

The TWD team was just exceptional! They went above and beyond to make our space look infinitely better than it did before they arrived. We'll certainly use TWD for other projects in the future.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

Great customer service! I had no problems reaching any representatives and no problem getting answers. Showed up as scheduled to get the work done. Did an entire inspection of the attic and found additional problems from our last contractor. Fixed everything and didn't charge an arm and leg for the extra items they discovered.
They can also give you free quotes/estimates with realistic images/drawings of what the finished work will look like. I recommend!

Saw their ad on instagram and decided to have them come out and quote me. After speaking with Evan I was really impressed with the product they offered! They had financing available for me with minimal cash down. Absolutely amazed from start to finish with their professionalism.

Owner has assured me they would fix this problem.
