Great Customer service but can't say that same about their quality of work.

There are grind marks all of the patio floor that significantly visible. I have told them numerous time that this is not how it should look like.

My concerns about this were completely ignored and instead solving this problem they started sending invoices to pay for the job that was horribly done.

We love our new patio floor, the color, the texture, the formal finish. The contract process was seamless, the communication from Alex and the office team was very good and kept me informed. The stars in the job were Willy and Joaquin! They arrived on time, they were very respectful of the property, clean, polite, gave a complete overview of the job prior to start, complete detail on the finished job, worked over 9 hours and were meticulous with the material install. We sent them home with a pizza! Both Willy and Joaquin deserve much credit from Galaxy. The careful prep, customer communication, professionalism, manners, neatness.
