Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. We were always informed of any slight change of plan and the communication through the whole process was outstanding. Thank you Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend! We LOVE our new home! My husband and I spent almost $20,000.00 with this company only to find that they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. Long story, but the basics are bad customer service and Sterol-typical Contractor Nightmare remodel story...BUYER BE WARE!

Repair cracked tub. Expensive but for my picky customer perfect

I seldom post reviews, but my experience with Scott and Lorrie was so good that I had to post this review.

After being locked inside for a year due to the pandemic, we just couldn't stand our house anymore! So we decided to remodel the whole thing. Lorrie worked with us for two weeks coming up with a design that we absolutely loved, and Scott and his team made it our dream with so little fuss or mess, it was unbelievable. They even finished the project sooner than expected. We now love our home again. Thank you!!

This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did...

1. Moved toilet to a different wall
2. Replace plumbing and put it in the wall to provide more space
3. Install floor tile
4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche
5. Install shower pipes and fixtures

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Five 40 was hired to complete a 500 sq. ft. addition to the house. The addition included the construction of an entirely new bathroom. They were also completely remodeling the master suite. The staff was courteous and professional during the process.
We did have a few hiccups during the process, mostly due to supplier's inability to deliver components on time. Five40 was excellent in communicating the delays and working around them to the best of their ability.

In short, I'd recommend Shannon and the gang for any remodeling needs.

I've emailed them twice trying to get a quote... I have yet to hear back from anyone. Actually I received the automated email that they received my email.... So there's that...

Lon and his team prioritized what we wanted above all else and his ideas and suggestions were exactly what we needed to complement our vision. We used to hate going into our bathroom and now we can't wait to go into it. It's exactly what we wanted!

This is in praise of Scott McCracken. He has worked with us over the last few days to help us find a unique type and color of wood flooring for our home in another state. He listened well, understood what we were trying to do, and was patient with us as we worked our way through several color options. In the end he helped us find a solution for how to get the wood we wanted. He has a great phone voice and is an outstanding communicator. Topping that off, he earned our trust and confidence by following up on everything he said he would do for us. We will refer others to him and if we have any further needs in AZ, we will definitely rely on him.

The Tech was on time and very professional. He quickly identified the issue with my system and had it repaired quickly. Great service!

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. We love our new countertops.
