Well the first day Tim and Mike came out they did the rough in work new plumbing fixtures. Checked for water flow etc. took the old shower out and disposed of all old material. The next day they put in all the new fixtures, glass doors, new shower head, safety handles.well it looks absolutely beautiful. I forgot to mention that day we had Tim, Mike, and Darius. They were very polite, courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend West Shore Home five stars

Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

I love that they have an app to communicate between the workers and the client. Brandon did my shower remodel. And built end wall. He was polite, conscientious, professional, on time and did great work.

Three years ago, Sunset installed a new tile shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It turned out beautifully so of course we used them a second time in December to also remodel the guest bathroom. They installed a tile enclosure with a new bathtub, as well as replaced counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. Again, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them.

One of the best investments for my dad!. Derek and his crew installed a tub for my dad. Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. Installation was top notch,and Derek made sure to take his time with my dad to show him all the functions. he even noticed the towel rack next to the tub was loose and he replaced it with a hang bar to help my dad out. Thank you for making my dad smile again :)

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I am super impressed by the fact that the crew created no disturbance to my household. They used to clean up every day before going home. They surely show examples of great teamwork.

Had them resurface tub, shower, back walls and 2 sinks. They were very careful and thorough throughout the entire process. Thomas is a true pro in his job on site. Colleen was extremely professional and helpful with the whole job. I would recommend this company to anyone considering renovation on a budget. Job was finished on time and looks amazing.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. We have been putting off remodeling our M Bath for the past 3 years. Had so many come out and quote us. We needed the shower replaced and also wanted to replace the double sink vanity. Met Troy at the home show this past March set up an appt for a quote. We were impressed by the materials he was going to use. Had 4 others come out after him to quote us but there material was no where near the quality of the Onyx system he would be installing.
We are so glad we waited to have it done. The workmanship and quality of all materials used could not have been matched by another company. Workers were on time and clean. No mess left behind. We now have a M Bath that we have dreamed about for the past 3 years.
Will recommend Silverado Bath when others are looking to remodel. This is like showering in a 10 star hotel.
