Best Shower Conversion in Phoenix AZ

John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. I am very pleased to post this review as I feel they deserve it. Nice job guys.

Had this company take out existing bathtub in our park model and replace it with a walk in shower. Love it! The installation went very smoothly-professional, courteous, and timely. Start to finish a day and a half. When they left the bathroom was clean and shower ready to use. Little spendy but couldn’t be happier

Doug and Dom were awesome! They were punctual, respectful, and professional. They stated this was one of their hardest demos and still had it down and the new one up (without glass) within 3 days! We will likely return for additional remodeling throughout the home! We are very happy with their work and enjoyed having them in our home. 5+ stars!

Leah & Barry were the installation team for our new shower. They were on time, introduced themselves, explained everything & started the install. Throughout the day we would check in, either Leah or Barry would update us. We could sometimes overhear them talking, it was apparent they worked well together & enjoyed the job. When they were done, after doing a great job of cleaning up, they showed us how everything worked, reviewed the care & cleaning process, all the paperwork. Answered all our questions. Everything looks amazing, would definitely recommend West Shore.

All in all, it was a good job. Had to wait three months to get the job started and had already paid half down. Appreciated the sales person and the contractor that completed the job. Had major issues with the person in charge. Aldo did not agree with the way he ran the business. Will not use them for the second bath area.

The team was very professional from the start of the bid to the completion of the project. They were very imformative throughout the project, from scheduling of the job to the day by day progress. I was not in state when the project was done and their communication was phenomenal, they filled us in each step of the progress with both pictures and phone call. The team did a great job and we are very satisfied with Re-Bath.

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

My bathroom remodel was done during the difficult time of the pandemic when there were supply shortages and workmen shortages. The remodel took longer than anticipated and there were a few glitches along the way. However, I am happy in the long run. Holtzman was very responsive to the issues that occurred and made things right. To me, that is a huge plus for them as a company. Problems and mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the most important factor.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

We had grab bars installed in the shower and water closet next to the toilet. Not a hard job for a DIY but I just wasn’t in the mood to do it myself. They did the job quickly cleanly and everything looks good. Very satisfied

From the quote to the completion of the work, was a fantastic experience! Rob, Joe and demo crew (Jesus), tile layer (didn't get his name) and installer(Chris) all were outstanding! Our 1980's master bath is now our own spa retreat and as promised completed before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will highly recommend this company.
