I had the pleasure of working with holtzman home improvement a few months ago. They came in to my house and gave me a quote to remodel my kitchen, they worked with my budget, while keeping my interest and vision throughout the project. The trades are amazing, professional and clean, they made sure everything was done right until the end. I can truly say I recommend them to anyone who wants to update their living space. 5stars.

Having observed TWD during their painting operation of the Sun City Grand Administration buildings, I requested a bid from them to repair and paint the exterior of a local church sanctuary building including several other amenities on the premises. They not only were they low bid but were available to meet our schedule and work around the church services. They cleaned up the premises daily before leaving at the end of their work day. The daily workers and superintendent were very professional and were eager to provide extra touch up work in order to try and blend in areas of poor stucco work previously done by others. this was done at no extra cost. They insisted that we do multiple walk throughs so that they could address any concerns we might have missed. I will recommend them again for any future repair and painting work.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.
Next time, I know I can count on Ignacio to do repairs around the home. I fully recommend his services!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

The technician for Pro Bathtub Refinishing showed up early, did an awesome job, and was 100% legit & professional. My tub looks perfect! Would absolutely recommend them for any bath tub-shower refinishing work.

He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, and responsive, and worked quickly. He left the job site clean and he worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. RWR has such a great group of people, both RER staff and the subs. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful and competent. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.

The workmanship was poor, the cost was high, refused to take instruction, left work half done, put holes in ceiling then slapped on a plastic plate & covered with speckling, put in a sub sized bathtub that the bearded guy adamantly refused to seal, destroyed sketched design of tile, left roof unsealed and jacked up the price 26% during the construction. I wouldn’t recommend paying more than half of their bid, if you choose to hire them.
