Best Water Leak Detection And Repair in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

First time using Anthony's Plumbing as we had prior bad experiences with other companies. Im pleased to say the call and appointment set up was fast and easy, the office kept me up to date and even offered to come ahead of schedule a couple times when they finished other jobs early which was great! Technician Lupe was very knowledgeable and professional. He was bar none the best plumber that we have ever had. He explained various options and did an excellent and very fast repair. I highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing. I know we will be using them again if we need any help with plumbing.

I’ve been searching for a good plumbing company for years.

I went to Home Depot and tried to do the kitchen sink caulking by myself. Because we hired a different plumbing company one year ago and it wasn’t done right. So the silicon turned into a yellowish-brown goo and it looked so gross.

Unfortunately, the person at Home Depot recommended the wrong silicone… and I made more of a mess in my sink. I couldn’t use my sink anymore and I  need to get someone to do the caulking professionally as soon as possible. I found Hero Home Services through the Neighbor app. I remembered they advertising for clogged drain problems.

So I called them, and they came the next day. I had used the wrong silicone, so it took them more time to repair the sink gap :( But Alex was nice about everything and explained things well. He did such a great job around my sink and granite countertop. I remembered the last plumber company we hired, he did a really quick job, it wasn't even that clean before he put in the silicone. But Alex from Hero did take his time for cleaning everything well and removing the old silicon before putting the new one.

I’m a housewife with my baby. I don’t know a lot of plumbing stuff, but I noticed that my kitchen looks so much more solid and even has a newish look now. No more worrying about splashing the water all over the sink. I loved it so much. I feel like he cares about the quality of his work. Also, the price was much better than my the old plumber. From now on,  I'm using them as our main plumbing company. I highly recommend them. A person I talked to on the phone and the plumber, they were both great!!!!  I wish I knew them earlier. They saved my day! Thank you so much.

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

I am so grateful for the team of Rooter Rangers who came to look at our plumbing issues. Our master toilet was backing up into our shower..Barney was the 1st came out and was so great at talking me thru his process. He was upfront about the possibility of the cost changing vs what was originally quoted. When he couldn’t solve the issue ( after trying for almost 3 hours) he reached out his Supervisor Jared. Jared walked him thru the steps he took and encouraged him the he did it all right. Jared then came out to take a look. We didn’t know where the clean out were for our house. Turns out they were buried in our front yard. Jared never gave up searching even as the rain came poring down. After running the camera thru the clean out Jared recommended “power washing” the pipes to see if that would clear out the clog and he could get a better view of everything. Due some other unexpected issues in our neighborhood we ended up having to schedule the “power wash” for the next day. Dillion showed up just as scheduled and was just as friendly and polite as Barney & Jared. After Dillion was done Jared inspected the system again. Dillion didn’t go as deep as it needed so Jared helped and walked him thru completing it. And it worked!!! Yay!! Jared inspected everything with cameras and to our surprise it was all in great shape.Jared and his team were so easy to work with. They were great at explaining everything as well as answering all my questions. Thank you to Rooter Rangers (especially Jared, Barney & Dillion) for fixing our plumbing issue!!

I called for an emergency leak issue with my water heater line. Javier showed up assessed the situation and repaired the lines with new lines. The great thing he did was the old water in line valve was going bad and part was soldered on. Javier removed the old line and replaced it with a non-soldered line so if there is an issue, I can fix it myself.

Our undermount sink in the kitchen became detached. Joe and Luis worked hard to have a sink reinstalled. They made good on their promise to get the job down professionally and correctly - we appreciate their honesty and diligence in making this happen for us and would use this company again without hesitation. All Pro Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. We had a really old boiler and hot water tank and they replaced them with a new combi boiler in the loft. technicians were great. Arrived on time, 2 days work and finished on time. Had a few issues with holes in roof, high water pressure and a towel rail that needed some extra work, but they came back and finished them no problems. Really really pleased with quality of the work, approachable technicians, arrived when they said they would and left when it was finished. No hidden costs,

I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. This is the second time I had to call for help from Belsito plumbing. Last year our septic tank was over flowing and needed pumped out, and this year it was a clog at the entrance to the tank. Both times I called just happened to be a weekend. These things always seem to happen on a weekend and usually when you have house guests. Belsito plumbing has always been quick to answer my calls and respond to my urgent requests. They do a great job and at a very resonable cost! The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to explain everything to you as they are getting the job done. The plumbers have given me several tips to help me with future plumbing problems. They are fast, friendly and reliable. I spoke to a couple of companies to obtain quotes for a pipe replacement and this one was the most responsive, best priced, and most importantly willing to fix any issues that came up, even after I already gave them the job and paid my deposit. For example, after completing the job, there was still some standing water in the kitchen sink. They agreed to dispatch a tech to get that fixed even though it was technically a separate issue from the pipe replacement. I also appreciated the fact that they had someone available to speak with me over the phone on my schedule (even late at night). I definitely recommend that you consider this company for your plumbing project!
