I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Two professional plumbers arrived within a few hours, provided a no bull quote, and completed the job within the hour. In addition, they were about $100 cheaper than my original quote. This is the second time I have used Reddi Services for a plumbing issue I requested the service specialist I had the first time, Benjamin Aguilar. The customer service lady said he would be to us with in the hour. He got to our house in less than 15 minutes and had our problem resolved immediately. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. I had a very large leak at my water main. I called a couple place first, but Mr. Rooter was the only one that could come out the next day. From the initial phone with Jackie, she was very friendly and efficient and got me scheduled quickly. My service tech Ken Peterson was knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He showed about on time and fixed the leak and walked me through everything he did. He even cleaned everything to where you had no idea there was even a leak. It may have been a little expensive, but well worth it and I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.
