Best Water Heater Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Anthony's Plumbing did at my apartment. He explained what was needed and showed me the damage of my garbage disposal. He cleaned up the area afterwards, tested and made sure it was working well and was very knowledgeable and respectful. He also called his boss to get me a competitive price that I had gotten from another company. I was very satisfied and will use Anthony's Plumbing again
when I need a plumbing company.

First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested. Will definitely consider calling them again for any plumbing need. They have great energy, very friendly and professional.

I call for a plumber and I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone , and she sent Albert the Plumber in 20 minutes, and he was very polite and took his time to look at my issues. Albert text my landlord to permission to go on the roof and my landlord did not answer. Albert is a caring and understanding Plumber . when I buy my room, I would recommend this company and remember to ask for Albert very good customer service.

On Saturday I tried to replace the hose in the yard when I suddenly broke the pipe. At that moment, worried and uncertain, we started our search for a 24x7 plumbing service in Google and found Reddi & Heroes. We want to give our great recognition to this company that gave us a 5 star service, in less than an hour we received the services to solve our problem that were given by Brent Sanderson in this case our hero, who did an incredible job in record time, considering that the pipe was split within an area of the structure of the house, it was necessary to open a hole in the wall to weld the pipe. When we have a problem like this is when we value the luck of having a service like the one received by Reddi. Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Arthur was up front with costs, options, and listened to my needs -and budget. He was available on Saturday. I insisted on neatness and keeping my carpet and home clean with the install. Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

They were very professional, caring, understanding, and honest. They set me up with everything I needed and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff just to make extra bussiness like some companies do. I felt very respected and David our contractor made sure he explained all my options and help me select the perfect water heater and package I needed for my house size. He also made sure I got my veteran discount. From the dispatch person who notified me before sending the contractors, to the other office lady who checked in with me and made sure I was happy with my service, to the 2 contractors that completed the installation of my water heater, I felt very satisfied with their customer service. Our undermount sink in the kitchen became detached. Joe and Luis worked hard to have a sink reinstalled. Jon and Robbie installed a new leach field for us. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. Very professional. Unlike past plumbers they are actually courteous of your house and their surrondings. Which is huge with us when having people over. Robert (our tech) was also very professional an knowledgeable. Took time to explain further upkeep an maintenance I should do to keep my new installs running properly for longer.
