I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

when he was 15 minutes out.
The tech, Anthony arrived nice, clean and polite. He wore a masked and practice social distancing. He fixed the problem easily and told my husband to prevent future problems what to do. An agreement was made that was more reasonable than their competitors. We will definitely use them again.

Where do I start.... definitely not the cheapest work I’ve gotten done in my home, but I can assure you that I definitely paid for premium work, they went above and beyond at keeping my home clean during the project and like they were never even here when they got done, FYI, I got my mainline replaced in the inside of my home.

I phoned Belsito after reading a review on Nextdoor. We needed someone who could not only clear our drains, but fix a 10ft. belly in our pipe. From the very start (even the phone call) to the clean up, the customer service we received was outstanding!!! Jared took his time explaining our situation and what needed to be done to get the job fixed! Thankfully he was able to fix our mess through the basement ceiling,saving us the nightmare of digging up our tile and the cost to do so. He did have to cut a good chunk to get to the pipes,but was very careful NOT to disrupt the speakers. He was very careful to drape everything prior to, and saw that it was all cleaned up when he was done. His manager, I believe, came to check on his work, and left shortly thereafter. Reddi Services was great. They responded very fast, Benjamin was there and explained what could be wrong and options available. He was very professional and fair. I would recommend him. This is after I checked with other Plumbing companies for the same issue, some took 2 days to call me back, and couple of them gave me estimate that was 5 times higher. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

He immediately started and completed the job sooner then I thought it would take.
