Best Shower Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Brandon was absolutely amazing from the time I initially reached out until the job was completed! He was very thorough, communicative, and provided detailed insight on a sewer line at the home I was planning on purchasing. I have used Belsito for a few things over the past eight years. From simple things (installing a new garbage disposal) to a new pressure release valve. A few days ago, something unusual happened. The PBV in the back of the house was overflowing and then I heard the pipes in the walls banging so loud I thought the house would fall apart. Crazy. I called Belsito and they sent someone over early the next morning. They spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem and methodically eliminating possibilities. While this resulted in new prvs and pbv, they had to continue to investigate why the backflow was still occurring. They feared the worse: a slab leak. They had a Leak Detection company come right out and within two hours, the inspection (thankfully) eliminated a leak. So, they wrapped for the night with only one more thing to try, which they did early the following morning. A PBV in the front finished off the mystery and all returned to normal. Along the way, they took notice of a few minor issues (one toilet needed a new Fill Valve which I replaced), and they doubled check a few other things just to be safe.
So, this is the best part. It was their relentless pursuit of getting to the bottom of the problem: it was perhaps more personal pride than professional ($). Oh, it all cost a bunch...but what doesn't nowadays? So, in addition to everything being new and working brilliantly, I appreciate Belsito's integrity to not give up or short-cut their effort. Quite the opposite. Hard to find these days. I'm sticking with Belsito.

Very impressed with this company!! Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call for repair work. A friend recommended this company and I'm so glad they did. They are available 24/7 and I didn't have to wait several days for a service call which is important when a water leak is involved. The first time Marco was my service tech. He was very pleasant, honest, and worked in a timely manner. I was also impressed by the fact that he didn't try to sell me a new water heater even though mine was older. After checking it out, he said it was still working fine. He fixed the water leak under my kitchen sink quickly and was on his way. The second time I had another water leak issue, Marco and Brent were the techs. They were polite, friendly, and explained the problem in detail as well as answering all my questions. A big plus was the fact that they had the part on their truck and I didn't have to wait several days. This company was competitively priced and didn't gouge me for working on a Sunday. Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company. We started out with Justin making the deal, what a great guy and real people person. Then the next team came in to scope, clean our pipes, and line the pipes. These guys were real prompt, real polite and worked great as a team. Three days and done. You have an amazing young group of employees. Thank you!

Very honest and upfront teams, professional and on point. Amiable, and skillful. Casey and Shawn came out and quickly took care of the issue. Other team members had come to scope the issue and everyone communicated with one another very well. I never had to re-explain anything to people coming to perform different aspects of the work. Outside water spigot broke at the pipe and was leaking. Jeff from Bumble Bee come over within a few hours of making the call and even though on a Saturday after 3pm, they stayed to fix the broken pipe and get water back to the home. They gave options of going through inside or outside, explained benefits and cheaper options for fixing dry wall vs stucco and made all the repairs as well as explained what happened, educating us while they made the fixes. They also provided options and showed us other areas that may need to be fixed in the future but they don't pressure you at all, just inform and let you make the decision. Jeff and Andres were extremely helpful, quick and did great work, very friendly. Would use them and recommend them to friends and family in the future!

My mother's old bathroom pipes leading to her septic tank collapsed when I was out of town recently. As a senior with cognitive issues she was feeling overwhelmed without me there and at a loss of what to do. She called Mr. Rooter for overnight, emergency service at 3:00am.Due to her age and condition, she has difficulty managing her stress response and was upset (crying and lamenting) all through their repair. When I arrived Devon had completely calmed my mother, speaking to her in a respectful, reassuring way.
