AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

Steven did an impressive job turning my 32-year old yellow whirlpool tub into a shiny new white tub. He even went out of his way to spray the removable jet heads that I couldn't find replacement parts for. And on inspection a couple days after spraying, he noticed a minor crack on the base of the tub and sanded it smooth and resprayed the area. Top-notch service and highly recommended!

Ken Hawk, owner, is professional, knowledgeable, kind and helped me through this entire remodeling process. I am proud to say that he and his employees did a complete remodel on my kitchen and will refer him to everyone I talk to.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. Mason and Richard came out to unclog our sewer main that had been damaged by underground construction company. They were efficient courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Unfortunately they could not unplug the damage done but gave me the information to work with the contractor

Wow wow !! From the first impression to the very last I wasn't disappointed. The initial consultation with Nick was very precise and detailed orientated. I was very skeptical about hiring contractors in the area as I've had very bad experiences before.
