At first I was in a bit of shock at the cost of the repair, but then after seeing the amount of work that went into replacing pipe under an existing concrete slab. The house was built back in the late 70's or early 80' I beleive. They could not cut the concrete where the pipe goes and the amount of hand digging done was a lot. I appreciate the amount of effort and time involved. They did very professional and quality work. I am glad we won't need another job done like that again, because like I said the cost was not cheap.

While in Scottsdale, I called with a plumbing project I started myself (that went badly) and wasn’t able to finish. I called and they were (thankfully!) able to come the next morning. Gerald came to the rescue! He was on-time, professional, friendly and was so kind. He was clear and informative about what had happened and what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem quickly and I was so thankful! I would highly recommend – and ask for Gerald if you can!

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

I was with a company for DECADES because it was my families old company, kind of like car insurance. Well, called the old company up and they straight up turned me down as they wanted to concentrate on their commercial customers. I was shocked. I immediately hung up the phone and found Cooper's. They had someone come out literally the next day!! I highly, highly recommend using them if you need your septic taken care of in a jiffy. They were fast and friendly! Thank you so much, Cooper's! Highly recommend this company. We started out with Justin making the deal, what a great guy and real people person. Then the next team came in to scope, clean our pipes, and line the pipes. Louie and Fernando Campos were fabulous!! They were very professional and happily educated us on the different problems we were having.They were hard workers and did everything they could to assist us in a timely manner.Kevin came out to help run the camera into the pipes and he was also a great help in everything he did during his visit. We will gladly recommend these three for help with plumbing needs.

Devin came out to our house to do what we were prepared to be a costly repair. After a few minutes, he told us that he didn't have the right size part to replace ours, but that the existing part was easily bent back into place. He didn't even charge for the call!! One of my properties had a huge sewer issue. Preston and his team from Mr. Rooter came out late on a Saturday night. They assessed the problem and got it fixed promptly. The project was large and took multiple days, and during that time they kept in constant communication with myself and my tenants on the work that was being done. They did a great job, were friendly, on time, and always took my phone calls and answered my questions. Very professional, great service, highly recommend them for your plumbing and sewer needs.
