We were desperately seeking a plumber , our drain had clogged and was very badly stopping up. It was on a saturday , my husband called from the yellow pages , found the number of HERO HOME SERVICES , Mr. BERTIN came on the scene , very graciously let us know how the problem came about , fixed it and also how we can maintain it for future occurences . I say thank you sir for being our heroe in this matter !!

Justin came out to service out septic tank today. Justin is super friendly, he did a wonderful job, very thorough job, and made sure to leave the area clean. Justin explained everything and gave us some great options to help with the maintenance of the septic tank. On 27 Aug. 2019 Andrew from Option One fixed a broken irrigation pipe for Bolivar/Forrest HOA. Since that date the station for that part of the system will not come on. After bringing this issue to Option One on 9 Oct. 2019 I was reminded that I was calling 10 days past the warranty expired and that I would be charged for another visit. Andrew's shovel was the only one involved, obviously clipping or breaking the wiring when reburied. I cannot recommend Option One Plumbing when they will not stand behind their work. Vicenté came to repair the kitchen water/hose sprayer & and unclog the ? bathtub drain.After completing these items, wediscussed our need of a Tall Toilet.Vicenté said he has a fully stocked truck. Upon my consent, he installed a brand new tall toilet.I also signed up for their club membership it is a yearly membership Double and already paid for itself By reducing my price yesterday.I give Vicenté 10 STARS! Had my septic tank pumped today. I rarely give reviews, but then again, unfortunately, I am rarely impressed. My experience with this company was superb! From my 1st call with the very pleasant, helpful young lady that answered the phone until the 2 courteous, friendly, informative gentlemen who performed the work pulled away today after my service was complete, was a great experience. I am so impressed and will definitely use this company moving forward! I learned so much from Dustin today about my system, the process being performed and the importance of maintenance. He and his coworker worked efficiently and cleaned up so well that after digging 2 semi large holes in my grassed front yard, there was no evidence of them ever having been here! If you need service don't hesitate to call them...I did all the research necessary prior to my call and they outperformed my expectations.
