We were more than pleased with Hero Home services and Albert a very knowledgeable young man who seems to know this business in and out and I believe puts his heart and soul into it and wants to do the best job he can for every customer! He is very accommodating He's very caring we found him to be a very respectable young man that I would recommend to anyone to come in their home to do a job for-My friend's home was older than some he did not want to injure any pipes and explain details very clearly that a free camera inspection would be necessary to make sure that they did not injure any pipes! Then he explained the situation of piping underneath the ground from the result of the camera-he would not do any unnecessary work and I have heard only great things about the work that this company has done and would hire him in a New York minute to do anything in my home-Don't hesitate to check out Hero Home Services plumbing and ask for Albert-!!

Very unprofessional and rude.. lack of communication.. septic tank was back up and I called it took them 4 days to get here and when they did they never called to confirm with me what time they’d be here.. I got a call while I was at work and couldn’t answer at the moment so they left me a voicemail saying “hey someone will be there in 5 minutes “ and that’s it.. I work 30 minutes away from home so I rushed home and nobody was there so I called and the lady who answered said well our guy went down there and nobody answered the door so he just left to the next job.. I’m like well if you would of said that you’d be there a certain time then some one would of been home don’t you think?? She just hung up didn’t care at all

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Called this company because the drain was backing up in laundry area...it was late in the evening and they started working anyway to relieve the problem...out at 8:15 Sunday morning with a camera! After blowing out debree, I was given a full report and shown on camera the exact problem ...I am happy with the solutions presented for this problem. Everything is flowing again! Bumble Bee installed new valves in my shower 11 month ago. They called last week to check up on me. I told them I wished the cold faucet was a little more sensitive. They came right out on their 12 month warranty and membership and fixed it perfectly for no charge. They catered to me being picky about it. I am so happy to have it fine tuned perfectly. From the very first phone call this company was professional, Responsive and honest. I am a real estate agent and deal with properties that have septic tanks often. Sophie was more than accommodating and made sure that all of my questions were answered that I understood the process. Turns out the septic tank failed the first inspection, however they were quick to suggest a more conservative approach which ended up solving the issue at hand. Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

Mitch, his crews and office staff, were excellent. We had two septic systems installed, and to be honest my family and I are tough customers. We tried a few plumbers with no luck in finding what was leaking in my kitchen. After Ken from Mr. Rooter came out we found out what was leaking and he got the ball rolling to get everything fixed with a restoration company. He also helped me address a couple other issues I had with my out door facets and water softener! I felt like he went above what is expected to give great customer service! And always kept me up to date on what he was finding!
