Ron fixed my hose spigot last week in less than ten minutes, then he stuck around for over an hour to patiently answer several unrelated plumbing questions/issues that had built up for me in recent years. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my 15+ questions, plus he couldn’t have been any nicer. This was by far the most pleasant and impressive plumber experience I’ve ever had, he went above and beyond and I feel like I should’ve paid a lot more than I did for this service call. We had a plumbing problem so we called Hero and the gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and quickly found out that we had a serious problem. What I would call a nightmare . But due to all the information that Abdiel showed us and explained the problem we made an informed decision on what to do next . We felt very comfortable with our decision . My husband has retired from the construction industry after 50years and spoke to some of his plumbing friends and they confirmed everything we were told . So the next day Abdiel and a installer gentleman who was absolutely wonderful his name is Cristobal . This man was amazing . He is one of the kindest hardworking honest men the I have ever had the pleasure to meet . This plumbing company is the absolute best . What could have been a nightmare wasn't really that bad . I will be a lifelong costumer and have already recommended this company to everyone I know . Plus they clean up afterwards . They gave us a price and at the end there were no extras ( the problem changes are what I call them . ) it was exactly what they said it would be .

Had a main sewer line backup at my personal residence and my service specialist, Brent Sanderson, did an amazing job! The text notification system was great and I was actually able to see his profile as he was on his way to my home! He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything and getting the job done! Same day service as I had to get this fixed asap. I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

They are truly experts at ALL plumbing needs. They work meticulously on each job to be sure it is done right. They are conscientious and careful and they are nice people!

Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

My dad had a plumbing issue in the kitchen and I was recommended Rooter Ranger by a colleague. I must say, I am extremely impressed with the service that was provided. A young gentleman by the name of Jessie (Jesse? James? Adams? I'm terrible with names so I apologize) came by the house on short notice and assessed the work load and provided us with options to tackle the plumbing issue. He was honest and forthcoming about budget assessment and helped us with making the right decision. My father was greatly pleased with the young gentleman's work ethic and I must add he put our worries to rest. I would recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone that is in need of plumbing work done. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. Edited for recent service on 02/01/23:Chose to call for service on my water heater at about 9 pm last night and they dispatched someone immediately this morning. Only went without hot water for about 24 hours. Service tech was knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and worked fast. Chris was very thorough and asked if I needed anything else looked at and he ended up fixing 2 or three more things in the house. The customer service was great from every aspect, the dispatcher and the plumber (Richard) were both very pleasant. I called to make the appointment and was able to get one based on my schedule, they sent an email confirming that my plumber was on his way and included a picture of him. Called numerous other companies regarding our drains backing into shower and bathtub. Many didn’t do sewer repair, several were no shows after setting appointments, some were a week out to get an appointment and a couple came charged me but didn’t know what they were doing. After a recommendation called Mr Rooter and they came out that day, diagnosed the problem and begin work the next day. All workers were courteous and polite and knew what they were doing. Although the problem was extensive they worked diligently to resolve the issue and repair the damage. Chris was especially great. He answered all our questions and concerns and made us feel like he cared. A job well done. Thanks everyone for a great job.
