Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

FINALLY, an honest, helpful, expert plumber!! Eric Munoz provided the best, quickest, and most polite service I have ever experienced, and I have been a homeowner for decades. He fixed a drain problem that another plumber had failed to remedy after three tries. If you have had bad experiences before like I have, you will be amazed. Thank you, Eric.

Our toilet was clogged with a small travel size deodorant!!! ?I really recommend Hero Home Services if your looking for professional, kind and quick help! First I went through dispatch and the woman was very
helpful/professional. She helped me with a sense of urgency and was able to get me someone right away. Both gentlemen were very respectful and professional but Manny was amazing and really put in hard work to get the job done. Manny went above and beyond and was able to unclog the toilet quickly without flipping the toilet. Highly highly recommended!

Horrible experience, would not recommend if you actually need service. Made an appointment, appointment was confirmed with a provided window of service. Plumber no called no showed for the appointment. Had to call customer service “dispatch” for an update, and was provided a new 3 hour window. Plumber still no shows with no call or explain action from the company. Dispatch was less than helpful. Beyond disappointing for a company that claims to take pride in customer service.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. Absolutely Amazing service! After moving to the area a few short months ago and not sure who to call we were lucky enough to receive Raul who was extremely courteous, extremely quick, and just amazing all around. After coming out very quickly to aid us with all of our plumbing needs he was able to expertly answer our questions and fix our problems. CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

Our sink wasn’t draining and we decided to give Bumble Bee Plumbing a call. From the beginning it was a great experience, they even had same day availability! I couldn’t do same day so they worked with me to find a future date & time that fit my needs. On the morning of I received a reminder text and call which was great because my availability had opened up. They responded almost instantly to let me know they had someone available and he was headed our way! Adrian arrived and checked everything out for us. He was very knowledgeable and had great people skills. Super friendly and had our new garbage disposal installed in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future as well.

We recently used Priority Pumping for the inspection of our septic system as required for resale of our home. The technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. Not only did they show up in the expected time frame and perform their duties in a workman-like manner, but they provided explanation, education, and updates. Who knew there was so much to know about septic systems? When it was discovered that a filter was missing, Keith went out of his way to find one and explained its importance for the proper functioning of the system. Late Saturday afternoon... sound of water gushing from the laundry room led to considerable mop-up, then to a number of phone calls. Not an especially good time to have a drain clog... I left a few messages on after-hours VM's and received a call back from Dan. He was very understanding of our situation and was honest about the scheduling, we had a service tech at our house shortly after 7AM the next morning. We also received a call to let us know the tech was on his way. Our service tech Parker, was a great representation of the company... he was polite, efficient, and had us back online in less than an hour. He explained everything in detail (before he started), and did a great job. Thank you!! Your team eliminated what could have been a fairly stressful weekend.
