Best Septic Tank Pumping Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

You can imagine how surprised I was when after placing my initial call I was told someone could be out to the house before 5pm. Just a few minutes later a call came and said a technician was in the area and could be here in 20 min. Thankful because I had shut off the main water supply due to leaking in the toilet. Matt Mattox arrived and immediately asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. He went right to work after I explained my situation. Very pleased with his professionalism and how pleasant he was explaining everything to me. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

I had sewage coming up through my shower and tubs. I left phone messages with other companies and got voicemails. None of them have bothered to call me back. These people whom I got live on the phone made an appointment the same day at noon. Showed up at 11:55 prompt. Very kind and considerate with any questions I had. I will be giving them a call again in three years. I only hope the lord is good to them and have many years of business.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Priority Pumping performed the pumping, testing and inspection of our septic system required for the sale of our home. We were not the original owners and the county didn't have any records, so we weren't even sure where the septic system was located, but only had a general idea. Priority Pumping came out a few days early and, using a beacon that they flushed down one of the toilets, quickly located the septic tank, which gave us the opportunity to relocate some landscaping before they came back to dig and find the septic tank lid. The septic tank had never been uncovered or pumped since the day it was originally installed 45 years ago. The tank was full and the solids were very - well - solid. Priority Pumping did a great job, were professional, accommodating and easy to work with. They cleaned out the tank and the system passed inspection and flow test.

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I am a Realtor and hired Duck's Septic to inspect a septic system for a VA client (which is required by law). Throughout the entire process, the were unprofessional, not polite, and didn't provide a report after my client paid. Multiple calls had to be made just for them to return calls and answer their phones. I would STRONGLY recommend that you not use this company. I never will again. Because of their lack of professionalism and poor response time, my client was in jeopardy of losing a house she was bidding on. There aren't enough adjective describing poor service to explain how inept an unprofessional this company seems to be.

Josh came out to pump our septic today within 3 hours of our initial call. He was polite and professional and a hard worker in hot weather. The issue was not the tank but a blockage which he quickly fixed. He cleaned everything up better than he found it and the price was amazing! But the very best part is the toilets flush and there is no sewage in my showers!
