We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

Gerald from Reddi came out same-day when we had a gas leak that required our natural gas to be shutoff. He spent over 30 minutes explaining all of the options available to me - where to route the new pipe, what to consider about replacing the water heater, etc. He took the time to answer my questions and get educated. I got other bids, but so glad we went with Gerald and Reddi. He and Brandon were able to knock out our job in less than a day, and there was a lot of work to be done! They worked hard and had great attitudes. We passed our city inspection with flying colors and are so grateful for the Reddi team that made this process a little less painful. Definitely recommend them and Gerald specifically!

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

I had sewage coming up through my shower and tubs. I left phone messages with other companies and got voicemails. None of them have bothered to call me back. These people whom I got live on the phone made an appointment the same day at noon. Showed up at 11:55 prompt. Very kind and considerate with any questions I had. I will be giving them a call again in three years. I only hope the lord is good to them and have many years of business.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. Juan called early to say when he would be arriving, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, quick service and answered all my questions. Great experience and I will use them again. We needed a septic transfer inspection performed to close on a house the week of Thanksgiving. I called Ducks on Monday and they completed the inspection on Tuesday, sent the report to me and the title company and billed me what they had quoted over the phone. I found them to be Prompt, Courteous, Efficient, and Accurate. What more could you ask for?

Josh was amazing in terms of a quick response time and being extremely helpful about our problem. We initially had a company come evaluate our toilets and septic and they said they could not help us. I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

My clients needed to have 2 tanks inspected and pumped ASAP. They were able to accommodate them due to a shift in their schedule. They were very informative on the phone looking up tank sizes and locations prior to arrival. One tank failed due to age and lack of maintenance. Dustin was great at explaining why it happened and the procedure of abandoning the tank and installation of the new one.

Was impressed by the awesome customer service. From the friendly office staff member that answered my call to the very knowledgeable technician who came out the very next day to do the job. Not only did chris do a great job but he went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciate him answering all my questions and. Recomend sunset septic service. I could tell that this gentlemen new how to do his job and he took pride in his work. Thanks again Chris! I only have 1 issue. Now was quoted a price on the phone and that's exactly what I paid which I felt was a great price, but notice it's about 50 bucks cheaper listed on hear, maybe I am reading it wrong or missed something. But steal would use there service for all my septic needs! A+

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
