I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Diamondback plumbing. Cade did an excellent job repairing our broken drain pipe. He and his partners bravely crawled into a space under the house several other "plumbers" declined to delve in to. It was nasty, I'll credit that. Cade is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and a true asset to the diamondback company. I will recommend these guys for all plumbing needs and call them every time I need a plumber moving forward. Their pricing is very reasonable. True win, all the way around.

Have had Stefan come out for 2 minor things. Both times he was fast, efficient and prompt. I recommend him highly. I will call on him for all my plumbing needs.

Darrell Yazzie did an amazing job on my HVAC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. He was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had, and I had a few.It was a breath of fresh air since my last two experiences with the HVAC technicians weren't as positive. They were very inexperienced and one actually told me I needed a new fan on a unit that was fairly new. Anyway, I didn't leave a negative review because I'm not that person. However I am very happy to leave this positive one.I was actually hesitant to use them to do the repairs, but Darrell Yazzie restored my faith in the HVAC sector of Parker and Sons.I have used Parker and Sons in other capacities and have always been happy with the work, service, and professionalism, which is also why I use, and am part of the family plan I think it's called, for $11.00 a month. Called about 1hr ago asking for service on my mobile home and the lady said she'd check if they work on mobile homes and she'd call me right back 20min later when I got no call back I called Emergency Plumbing they were at my house ready to work literally less than 10min of calling them and at 11am the job was done (fastest service ever only took 30min!!)

Jesus Cota took time to troubleshoot to get to the root cause and identify why my heat wasn't working. He was very knowledgeable and patience as he explained the system in a way that was easy for me to understand.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.
