Had a hot water heater pipe burst, and they sent a very helpful plumber by the name of Erick Munoz who fixed everything and explained all of the details and used parts that would not rust. He also told my family about how to maintain the unit to extend the life of it, and gave us suggestions on how to best take care of it. He also wanted to help us by referring us to someone who could see if our walls suffered water damage that could check on it for free. He, and this company will be our new go-to plumbing service!

We were more than pleased with Hero Home services and Albert a very knowledgeable young man who seems to know this business in and out and I believe puts his heart and soul into it and wants to do the best job he can for every customer! He is very accommodating He's very caring we found him to be a very respectable young man that I would recommend to anyone to come in their home to do a job for-My friend's home was older than some he did not want to injure any pipes and explain details very clearly that a free camera inspection would be necessary to make sure that they did not injure any pipes! Then he explained the situation of piping underneath the ground from the result of the camera-he would not do any unnecessary work and I have heard only great things about the work that this company has done and would hire him in a New York minute to do anything in my home-Don't hesitate to check out Hero Home Services plumbing and ask for Albert-!!

Ben Aguilar came to our home on short notice, quickly fixed a clogged drain that another company had not. We were impressed with his explanation of what happened, where in the line it happened, and what to do to try to prevent it from re-occurring. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we ever need anything. And he has a very nice personality. We're thankful for his and Reddi's help!

Cooper's was truly exceptional. We had our Septic system pumped out by another company and had received a quote for some repairs that need to be completed prior to the sale of the home. We reached out to Cooper's and not only was their pricing for the same repairs drastically lower, but they also were able to expedite the scheduling of the repairs so that we could get them completed before the close of escrow on the home. Jerry Schultz was integral in getting everything set up and the 2 technicians that came out Peni & Peni (father & son) were spectacular. Not only were they friendly and professional, but explained everything thoroughly so that we understood the process. We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

The landlord that hired these guys to unclog the main drain the second guy that came didn't know how to take the toilet off mind you that is only one nut that needed to be taken off to lift a whole toilet up guessing he just didn't want to do it because it wasn't no clean out dream being that it's a older house. So I did using a 10 mm socket and now the toilet is off

Our hot water heater was ready to go....Kieth came out to perform the inspection and he was very courteous and patient explaining in detail what was needed to get the job done right. We live in an older home we had purchased from an investor that had been a long time rental and we were not aware of the substandard and potentially dangerous situation we had been living with until Mr. Herzog came and performed a thorough inspection. Our job wasn't a simple matter of replacing the water heater, there were a few other things that needed to be done to have the new unit properly installed. Sadly, the job was sorely out of our budget, so Kieth Herzog bent over backwards working for us for every possible discount off the original estimate that he could so we could better afford Mr. Rooter's expert services and he succeeded! I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man!
