I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

They literally go above and beyond. They sent a text letting us know exactly when they were coming and who was coming with a photo. Showed up on time (literally same day as we have them no notice) did an amazing job with the repair and coiled the hose outside that was a mess when they arrived. I wish I could give mor than a 5 star review because they deserve it. So professional it was shocking as I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a very long time.

We were more than pleased with Hero Home services and Albert a very knowledgeable young man who seems to know this business in and out and I believe puts his heart and soul into it and wants to do the best job he can for every customer! He is very accommodating He's very caring we found him to be a very respectable young man that I would recommend to anyone to come in their home to do a job for-My friend's home was older than some he did not want to injure any pipes and explain details very clearly that a free camera inspection would be necessary to make sure that they did not injure any pipes! Then he explained the situation of piping underneath the ground from the result of the camera-he would not do any unnecessary work and I have heard only great things about the work that this company has done and would hire him in a New York minute to do anything in my home-Don't hesitate to check out Hero Home Services plumbing and ask for Albert-!!

Ben Aquilar, our technician, was a great listener and very attentive to our needs. We had a plumbing repair that needed a part that was no longer available. We were able to find a suitable substitute and the repair was successfully completed! While the repair required an extra trip, the price was very reasonable and the folks at Reddi Services were excellent communicators. It was very easy to schedule service on line. Great experience!

If you're lucky enough to get Chad out to your place be prepared for great customer service and a fantastic attitude. He was so kind to my wife and kids who wanted to watch the process and he was very open to questions. It's hard to find good people who are willing to spend a part of their hard working day answering questions and offering up good service with zero hesitation. Cooper's, give this guy a comp day off. He made us a future customer, that's worth more than a day off any time. Well done Chad, thanks for the great conversation and excellent service!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

On a Saturday evening, I had water coming out of the cleanouts in the front yard and Isaac came to check it out. He was able to get water flowing enough for us to use toilets/faucets for the evening and then came back on Sunday with a camera to see what was causing the blockage. A huge root ball had grown into the sewer line blocking most of the water flow. Isaac and Casey worked all day Monday and Tuesday to dig 8 feet to the sewer line, dig out the root, repair the line, and put all of the dirt and rocks back. They were incredibly friendly and did such good work, it looks like nothing ever happened. They also did a few extra plumbing jobs around the house for no extra charge while they were here. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Devin came out to our house to do what we were prepared to be a costly repair. After a few minutes, he told us that he didn't have the right size part to replace ours, but that the existing part was easily bent back into place. He didn't even charge for the call!! We will never call any other plumbing company. Fantastic people!Updated Review 10/15/2019We had another issue come up with the drains backing up. This time Robert responded to the call. I can now state that it's a wonderful COMPANY that employs fantastic PEOPLE to conduct their business!! From Jessica, who answered my calls, to the plumbers they send out to take care of my issues, every contact with this place is just awesome. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Bumblebee quoted me $1,865 - we found another plumber for $250 - it took them less than an hour to fix the problem.I discovered a pinhole leak in a copper pipe behind the wall. It had soaked through to the carpet somewhat, but it was a slow leak, we found it early, and there was no damage to the flooring. I opened up the wall and was able to identify the leak. I called Bumblebee - they were quick to respond, friendly and had someone out there later that day. Knowing that it was a quick job since I already cut open the wall and found the leak, I figured the price would be somewhere between $300-$500. We were shocked to get the quote of $1,800!!! They said it would take two hours and they could start right then. We sent them away.The company contacted me about the issue and said it could have been a problem with the bidding software, which is possible. The fact the price was so high should have immediately been obvious, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.I will add that everyone we dealt with the company was polite and helpful, very responsive and seemed willing to help solve the problems and try to make things right. I unfortunately had a bad experience, but I may have been an exception.

On Sept 2 2017 I had to call a plumber to come over to my house for service . After couple of hours browsing through the INTERNET and countless phone calls I was let to Mr Rooter Plumbing . The technician Mr Rafael Menjiuar arrived within a time schedule . He was very knowledgeable and very professional . He explain everything very diligently and patiently and the price was just right . Its nice to have a service with great work ethics and respect towards customer . As a home owner , I will definitely put Mr Rooter Plumbing on file for any future repair in my house . Before Mr Rafael Menijuar left he inspected my water heater . I am extremely satisfied with the service and I would recommend Mr Rooter to my family , my friends and anybody who is looking for honest , reliable service at reasonable price . Good job Mr Rooter

We had a sun pump issue and crawling space was full of water. It happened on weekend of course :) and I don’t remember how many companies we called. Left so many messages. People never even called us back. This Plumbing services responded right a way, and stayed in touch with us until technician came in. I am so sorry that I don’t remember both of their names. But everything was done so professionally and so fast! It’s so important when you really need this help and specifically when nobody else is available. We had a great experience with you guys! I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
