called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

From the office staff that took the calls were very professional. They called us back to let us know when he was on the way... Anthony arrived and was very professional, respectful and very detailed.... He explained everything as he was fixing the sink... Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. I would recommend this company and all of the employees to anyone in need of plumbing work in the greater Phoenix area.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and they came out immediately. We appreciated everything they did to help us. They were thorough and put a camera into the pipe to see the clog. Our pipe was broken and needed extensive repairs. They did all of this for free since we could not afford the cost of pipe replacement. I would highly recommend them.

Our hot water heater was leaking and 15 years old...time for a new one. We called several plumbers and asked for an estimate. We were given similar quotes by two of them. We also called George Brazil. Not only would they not give us a estimate over the phone (which is completely understandable), they have a $40 charge to have someone come and give an estimate. When we called Reddi Services, they offered to send someone out for a free estimate within the hour! Gerald S. showed up to our house in about 40 minutes, gave an estimate, and had the water heater installed within a couple hours. He was a top notch guy. The job was done efficiently, the area was cleaned up after, and the neighbor was impressed enough that he asked for a quote on some of his plumbing needs. We have used Reddi Services twice before over the last 10+ years and we have always had terrific customer service and outstanding work done. Thank you Reddi Services and Gerald S! Next time we have need for a plumber, we will only call you.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Justin came out to service out septic tank today. Justin is super friendly, he did a wonderful job, very thorough job, and made sure to leave the area clean. Justin explained everything and gave us some great options to help with the maintenance of the septic tank. I highly recommend Cooper Sewer and Drain, from the responsiveness of the staff on the phone, the ease of scheduling an appointment, and overall helpfulness of the entire staff.

Full day septic repair with maybe 30minute break during work. Left the yard looking good and Aaron even tamped the dirt down to his prevent settling.

Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. You can tell a company is great when they have great management and nuflow nailed it. Thanks again

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Butch arrived on time, with a great attitude, and was very informative of our septic system. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

Last week Belsito diagnosed a broken pipe below ground in our newly remodeled kitchen. I was worried the work would demolish a lot of our remodeled flooring, etc. Jacob, Nick, Michael, Jacob's brother (do not recall his name) and the locator man were all so courteous, professional and careful to do as little harm as possible, even though it made their work more difficult. Especially Jacob and Michael really worked their tails off while nicely answering my many questions. They did a great job and I highly recommend Belsito. Excellent service. I was very happy with the team that came out to perform the work on my septic system. I was not on-site (rental property) but they communicated everything along the way, sent lots of pictures, helped resolved an issue on the same day, and still completed all the work they were scheduled for. I feel their price was fair for the work and the skilled technicians they have. I will absolutely use them for all my future septic systems repairs and maintenance.
