We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Excellent customer service with the best equipment in the industry

Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. I would highly recommend Jenkins Restoration.

Had to do my first insurance claim for a water leak that was coming from HVAC and leaking through my guest bathroom ceiling(yikes). Did a google search for water mitigation company in Scottsdale and was amazed with all the positive reviews for ASAP.

Josh did an excellent job of walking me through the process and letting me know what to expect. I was really impressed with Josh's customer service, which seems to be rare these days. Once Josh's team started the work, I was blown away on how great of a job they did fixing everything. I couldn't tell where the damage started and ended, they did that well of a job.

These guys are really busy and I was a little nervous when Josh said he could be there for a few days. I was wondering if the level of customer service would drop, but it didn't. George took time to explain to me what was going on and was in constant communication with me. I felt reassured that I was in good hands.

Personally, I would like thank Josh, George, Jim and Angel for all their hard work and look forward to having them do some other projects. You guys are the best.
