called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

In my review, I acknowledged the company and who you were trained by, not who you are in a relationship with...But yes, keep it professional. Your frustration from the truth of my review, is understandable, considering the facts. If I didn't know your company and read your response to my comment, I already wouldn't trust you or your judgment. Character is everything Jake. Good luck.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

Called to repair a leak. Never showed. 2 different times scheduled, nothing. Every time I called to get an update, they said they’d call me back. Never did. Always had to call them. Finally got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they couldn’t come out on the scheduled day, and they had so he duped me for the next day. I eventually just gave up and said don’t even bother. No only did it waste my time but it wasted my money as I had to be to work. Do not recommend. Poor professionalism and poor communication.

Edit: Let me clarify any misunderstanding when they say they “attempted to accommodate my schedule”. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 10AM-12PM. I never heard from them before or during that time frame. I called them at 12:03PM to get an update. I was told the serviceman was running behind and that he could be there between 1PM-2PM. I explained to the rep that I had to be to work at 2PM. She said she would attempt to find someone that was available and that she would call me back soon. 1PM came and went. 2PM came and went. And I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Remember, not only did she say she my original serviceman would be there between 1-2 but she also said that she would call me back soon with a new serviceman. I had to call them again at 2:13PM (I already called my job and told them I would be late because I really wanted this done). It was then I was told that my original serviceman was still at the same site from this morning and that there were no other available serviceman to help me. I said ok, that’s fine. No fuss, no screaming, nothing from my end. I hung up and immediately called someone else. At 2:28 PM I received a text message and voicemail at the same time. The text told me that I had been rescheduled for the next day at 8AM-10PM. The voicemail asked me if that time was acceptable. I missed the call because I was obviously getting ready for work and called them as soon as I could. I told them that no, I didn’t want to reschedule and left it at that. The was no need for me to pour salt in the wound and reattempt what had been an already horrible experience. I didn’t end up getting to work that day until 3:30PM because I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Shortly after I posted this original review I received another voicemail (again, couldn’t speak because I was at work) saying they would give me a $59 credit towards my next service if I choose to use them again in the future. Nice gesture, but I declined because once again, why would I put myself in that same predicament when you’ve already shown you lack punctuality. For the record $59 only covers the visit and noting else. If I needed work done, the $59 would’ve been included in the price so in the end, it’s a wash. Again, nice gesture, but no where near enough for me to even consider. To be clear, you only tried to accommodate my schedule after you missed 2 time tables and in the end, I was the one that accommodated your schedule.

I had another company come to snake my drain because the toilets and tubs were backed up. They charged me $245 and said I'd need another procedure that would cost $600. Two weeks later, the toilets and tubs were backed up.

I called Hero Home Services. Joel came out and ran a snake through the drain. But, instead of calling it a job done, he called Jose in to send a camera down to see what the problem was. There was minimal grease build up (so the other companies $600 procedure would have been unnecessary.) But, the main sewer line sagged. I called the city of Goodyear and Jose talked to them.

Joel and Jose were joined by Alex (the manager) who all talked to the Goodyear workers. I pressed Jose for an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I promised I would not hold him to the amount. I went in and sank into a depression wondering where I would get the enormous amount of money that it might cost. After some discussion, Jose, Alex and the city of Goodyear agreed it was a city problem and Goodyear would take care of the repair costs.

Hero Home Services went so far beyond what I expected that it's jaw-dropping. I cannot say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them handling the city workers. They stayed for over 2 hours getting everything settled. Joel, Jose and Alex didn't do just what I asked, but they identified the problem and they found a resolution. They did all this work for $59.

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Highly recommend Cooper's - They were fast and friendly and instead of over selling me something I didn't really need he found and fixed a minor issue for much less than I was originally told. I didn't have a clue so he could have certainly taken advantage of me if he wanted. On site tech was professional, friendly and explained a lot. I know much more about how my system works now and what I need to do to keep it working right. Thanks!

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Everyone at Paradise is fantastic...helped us through a very nervous time when we were selling our house. They were thoughtful, kind, responsible, and available from the first phone calls to the last bit of landscape that was put back in to place. I had heard horror stories of what a septic review can do to a precisely manicured landscape. The team that dug and the team that cleaned were excellent. The other company I called told me that they would have to cut an ironwood tree in half and dig at least a 10 ft wide hole with a large bobcat. Paradise came in with a small bobcat and did a perfect job. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. EVER.

Had a backed up septic system. Initial call was informative, helpful, and able to schedule next day pump out. Juan called early to say when he would be arriving, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, quick service and answered all my questions. Great experience and I will use them again. They helped alleviate a difficult situation.

We recently had a water main break in the afternoon and Belsito Plumbing saved the day with a quick response time and plumbers that were ready to work and solve the issue quickly. The repair was made and the water was restored with very little inconvenience. I have used Belsito in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I called them to clean my septic, I was given a quote and price was agreed upon. When they came out two gentlemen started telling me all about how they had been there before to clean it for previous owners and then began to talk down about them and tell me things that had nothing to do With what they where doing. If I hadn’t been out there watching what it was they were doing I’m sure they would have broken the cover for the septic and so forth because one told the other to be careful since I was watching and they didn’t want me to see that they broke it because they were being reckless and didn’t want to bring the tractor down from the trailer. Them a few days later I get a call for my card info to process the payment gave it to them and then she tells me that the owner said my place was to far and wanted more money. I began to tell her that’s why She asked for my address and gave me a price now she’s talking me it’s another $150 because where I live. Lost my future business!
