Best Repairs And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

The office called to tell us they would be here sooner than (YEA)! Jerry was friendly and very efficient. Even the dog approved of him. I was surprised that he was already gone when I got home from swim. We were dreading the experience of pumping the tank but were pleasantly surprised. The price was very reasonable. All in all, we are happy flushers.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

I had a crazy pipe, water, sewer problem late at night, first thing in the morning I started calling plumbers..... no one could come out, or they never called me back, I called these guys, and they came right out!!!?? I got service from them couple years ago and the owner was that one who came out and he tought me about the septic, it was such a educatinal thing that i was so happy i learned! Today 04-28-22 i got an Amazing Service again!! I couldnt be happier to have call them again! Septic Technologies staff from office to field are great! The guys that came out did a Professional and AMAZING job! I would 100 times recommend them to anybody!!

I would absolutely use priority pumping again. What an incredibly reputable company! Communication with the office was fantastic and the guys that came to do the work were amazing. SO polite and professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and so patient with all of my questions! Sunset Septic made an appointment for a week out from the call for service. On the appointment date they had given a 2 hour timeframe. I called to check on the estimated time of arrival at 1 hour past the given timeframe. Receptionist stated that she would check with the technician on where he was at and call right back. They didn’t call “right back” so I called them after an additional 35 minutes and was put on hold. Receptionist said the technician was assigned an emergency pump out and would now be an additional 3-4 hours. I understand things happen and would have been just fine if anyone would have simply picked up a phone to keep from wasting my time. They obviously took the higher paying emergency job. No one from Sunset Septic EVER called us. We cancelled our appointment due to poor communication and customer service.

Very professional and friendly service. Resolved / replaced our old cast iron clogged and separated main drain line in a timely manner. With their modern equipment and competent plumbers they were able to complete the job quickly and correctly, even in the heat of Arizona's summer. Devon Daniel and his helpers were considerate and informative during the diagnostic and repair of our plumbing needs. Their repair cost was fair and they were understanding of our financial circumstance. I would not hesitate to call them for any of our plumbing needs.
