We absolutely love our new floor! We went in to European Design Flooring and were immediately surprised about the huge selection of hardwood flooring they have. The service tech was very friendly and walked us through our options for getting our old laminate floor replaced by a higher quality hardwood floor. We eventually scheduled a team to come out and give us a quote and had them start immediately. European Design Flooring was quick, professional, affordable and did an absolutely amazing job.

Justin (JW) did an outstanding job with a tile instal job in my townhouse. Extremely professional and punctual. JW is very detailed oriented and took his time with making sure all the lines ran evenly through the house. He was even kind enough to work around the large furniture I was unable to remove! Very happy with the end result and will definitely be using again to have flooring installed in all my bedrooms. Support independent owned companies, the quality work Newgen Surfaces does is far above that of any chain own business!

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
