Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

Great experience, called Anthony Plumbing this morning in a panic due to noise in the walls and water large amount of water on the floor wasn't sure what was happening. Staff scheduled appointment first thing in the morning. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue immediately also contacted the Restoration company to assist with the damage.

I’ve been searching for a good plumbing company for years.

I went to Home Depot and tried to do the kitchen sink caulking by myself. Because we hired a different plumbing company one year ago and it wasn’t done right. So the silicon turned into a yellowish-brown goo and it looked so gross.

Unfortunately, the person at Home Depot recommended the wrong silicone… and I made more of a mess in my sink. I couldn’t use my sink anymore and I  need to get someone to do the caulking professionally as soon as possible. I found Hero Home Services through the Neighbor app. I remembered they advertising for clogged drain problems.

So I called them, and they came the next day. I had used the wrong silicone, so it took them more time to repair the sink gap :( But Alex was nice about everything and explained things well. He did such a great job around my sink and granite countertop. I remembered the last plumber company we hired, he did a really quick job, it wasn't even that clean before he put in the silicone. But Alex from Hero did take his time for cleaning everything well and removing the old silicon before putting the new one.

I’m a housewife with my baby. I don’t know a lot of plumbing stuff, but I noticed that my kitchen looks so much more solid and even has a newish look now. No more worrying about splashing the water all over the sink. I loved it so much. I feel like he cares about the quality of his work. Also, the price was much better than my the old plumber. From now on,  I'm using them as our main plumbing company. I highly recommend them. A person I talked to on the phone and the plumber, they were both great!!!!  I wish I knew them earlier. They saved my day! Thank you so much.

I needed a new washer and dryer and the company I bought from wouldn't install without new gas valve shut off near the dryer. The company installer also twisted the cold water pipe trying to get it off. Matt Mattox from Reddi was on time, neat and tidy, explained what he was doing and why and was a joy to have in my home. I do not recommend them if you want good and honest service! The receptionist is very rude. The owner isn't any better! They lied saying things were done and that our septic system was in working order which is not the case! He laughed and told my husband and I to go ahead and speak with an attorney because nothing will happen! Horrible business!!

Rick and his crew at Casa Grande Septic have always went above and beyond. The knowledge and hard work make them the best in the state and will make your experience easy and painless. The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. You'll be hard pressed to find a better pumper!!

Wow! What can I say about this company they are great. They came out the same day even though it was New Year’s Eve! Danny the technician came out and was friendly and very informative answer all the crazy questions I had. The service was amazing if I could give 10 stars I would. High recommend Rooter Ranger to all my neighbors and friends. Thank you for everything you made my New Years that much better!

Very professional. Unlike past plumbers they are actually courteous of your house and their surrondings. Which is huge with us when having people over. Robert (our tech) was also very professional an knowledgeable. Took time to explain further upkeep an maintenance I should do to keep my new installs running properly for longer. Very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend!!

Adrian was a class act while he came by initially for a garbage disposal installation, but after an assessment on the house he provided me with several options as to how to proceed with a handful of potential fixes along with cost and personal advice. We decided to get it all done and he was able to start immediately. Later joined by Jacob, both gentlemen were perfection. Here early, working through each project, triple checking in with the task and with us to let us be as informed as needed. This is our 2nd time working with Adrian and BumbleBee Plumbing, will continue to utilize their service.

We had a significant problem in our retail space, toilets were backing up, and water coming up in our break room. Our technician worked on it and worked on it until he got it resolved, which meant doing 500 feet down the line to ultimately clear it. Our plumber, Terrill, was super communicative at every step, when the problem wasn’t resolved after the first visit him mediately returned. He was outstanding.This was also the only plumbing organization in the area I could find to come out the same day. I would absolutely use them again

Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. They told me a time frame and that I’d get a call when the plumber was on his way, and they followed through. The plumber was so friendly and quickly replaced my toilet. He even looked at another issue before he left and offered several solutions for me to decide how to handle things later. I would highly recommend them! I don’t plan to use any other plumber from now on

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
