Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

I called Anthony's Plumbing early yesterday morning and they were out by 11am. The customer service was wonderful and I was extremely impressed with the follow-up call a few hours later to ensure that all was still working well. Robert the technician was so amazing to where even my dogs were receptive and like him. I'm not easily impressed and these folks really did ease my stress and handled business. Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! I thought I needed a new septic system but really it was just a simple clogg in my line (glad i didn’t get take advantage of) Thank you guys!

good things about this company especially Alex and John! I had massive flooding from my guest bathroom and Hero Home Services were at my house in 30 minutes. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. I was so panicked with seeing all the water that I don't know what I would have done without Alex and John there to walk me through with their expertise. I will not use anyone else but them going forward and highly recommend !! Just had a garbage disposal leak fixed by Brent S from Reddi services!
I called them at 8:30pm and the dispatcher Lory helped me to put in an order, Luckily, their tech Brent was available for the immediate emergency visit. In half an hour he arrived and another 10 minutes later the problem was fixed.

After the order I got a text message with a link to the live map view of tech's location. Very nice when you are anxiously waiting for help!

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

We've had 3 very positive experiences with Belsito Plumbing. We found them on Yelp where they were rated very highly. Twice, they fixed an upstairs leak that we thought would be very costly, but ended up only being minor repairs. We called them again when my mom had a blocked sink that couldn't be fixed by our own amateur roto repair. On all 3 occasions they were professional, friendly and did good work. We will definitely use them in the future.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

I called around three or four other septic companies. All of them were about $100-$150 more than Cooper Septic was. I asked them three times...are there any hidden fees and they assured me there were none. They knew the size of tank that I had and scheduled my service for about 3 to 4 days later. Justin was our service technician. He was very professional and found both caps very quickly and went straight to work. After he was finished he explained everything to me and was very professional and kind. I will only be using them and I would highly recommend them to all of my neighbors!!! Hopefully you’ll get Justin as your tech!!!

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
