We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

We loved working with Comfort Experts! Ryan came out the day I called them to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. The guys were honest, hardworking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

Quick, easy, explained service before handling. Needed my bathtub drain to flow again. Roto-rooter is way overpriced, but these techs (Mason and Quinton) got the job done quick and cleaned it all up.

I have no major complaint about the technicians. I just feel like I paid too much for what I got. The bathtub was not draining because the trip-lever had broken off and fallen into the closed postion. They cut off/removed the drain overflow cover because the screws were rusted over and removed the hardware of the trip-lever which had broken off. They didn't replace the overflow cover or remove the stumps of the rusted out screws.

For this I paid $457. They didn't install anything. There were no parts and barely a 1/2 hour of labor involved. I was initially shocked by the estimate, but I agreed to it. I signed the papers. I just didn't feel like it was a great value.

We have had Qualtire Plumbing do both residential and commercial work for us. They have always been timely, a good value and always providing great customer service. We have recommended several times and have the same feedback each time.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
