This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

i got home on Friday and found i had no hot water, I googled a phoenix plumber and found Anthony's plumbing, they said they were ending the day but had checked with a guy, who said he wouldn't mind stopping by on the way home. they sent out Avery Scott he got the water heater fixed quick, all he did was literately press a button and that's why the review. I was so stressed thinking i was going to have to buy a new water heater and how much it might be, where i was going to get the money normal peoples stress. but nope he said something may have caused the button to trip but everything looked good other than it being 8 years old,but still its working and he only charged me $29.00 dollars for coming out told me have a great weekend. Thanks again Avery for the work but most importantly for being honest with me. Anthony's plumbing give that guy a raise!!

This was an amazing experience. Manny was my tech and he was prompt to arrive. He took his time to ensure the drain was properly unclogged and now my sink is draining better than ever before. Not only was he nice and professional, he was very sweet to my pesty dog while she hung out with him while he worked.

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

When I decided to sell my house I ended up hiring another less then reputable company it turns out to inspect my septic system only because I was crunched for time. When they failed the inspection I was suspicious because Belsito had been out to do some repairs a year earlier. Granted, things can happen but I asked Belsito to come and redo the inspection. From speaking with Krista in the office, who has always been courteous and friendly and always did what she said she would do in a timely manner, to Kenny and Tom, who I believe did the scheduling, and consistently followed up with me throughout the process. Kenny also made some after hours and weekend calls to me to make sure everything was on schedule. And lastly there was Ronny and J.B. who did the actual work. Ronny kept me apprised of everything he was doing, completed the inspection and even made sure the house was secured when he left as someone had been there trespassing. These guys all went above and beyond and I highly recommend their company and personnel.

Having used them 5 or 6 times before, I was comfortable calling to have my toilet shut off hose and leveler replaced. I informed the girls who take the information of the issues to be addressed during the call. The technician arrived on time. He said he could replace the shut off hose but did not have the parts for my Kohler toilet. He arrived at 9 am. He made the offer to order the parts and schedule another appointment. I declined stating that I told the office what was the issue and I expected parts to be available, especially since they assured me that the technician has parts in the truck. He replaced the shut off hose. The cost was $230.00 dollars. A bit outrageous for 1/2 hour of work and he only replaced the connector and not the entire hose. I complained to a manager who told me that he should have gone and gotten the parts and returned. This did not happen. In my opinion customer service is just a word to them. How much money can they make is the key. I will be looking elsewhere.

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

I called looking to have a certification done on a septic tank as the property was in the process of being sold. They were able to squeeze mean in the next day. Dana was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave a basic quote over the phone. They came next day did what they needed to do and it actually ended up being a little bit less than the quote. Over all great services, techs and customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thank You

Very unprofessional and rude.. lack of communication.. septic tank was back up and I called it took them 4 days to get here and when they did they never called to confirm with me what time they’d be here.. I got a call while I was at work and couldn’t answer at the moment so they left me a voicemail saying “hey someone will be there in 5 minutes “ and that’s it.. I work 30 minutes away from home so I rushed home and nobody was there so I called and the lady who answered said well our guy went down there and nobody answered the door so he just left to the next job.. I’m like well if you would of said that you’d be there a certain time then some one would of been home don’t you think?? She just hung up didn’t care at all

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

First, the ladies in the house asked me if I called Cute Guy Plumbing? So all of a sudden the drains didn't matter? Ha! Well their work was top notch. Jordan and his crew responded very quickly on a Friday night. Danny was awesome. They were very professional and the prices were extremely reasonable. As a matter fact, they were almost half of what another plumbing outfit wanted.The job ended up being much bigger than expected and they carefully explained everything at each step. I am good with most home repairs, but plumbing is the nastiest stuff there is. These guys are amazing and since they got dirty and didn't mind getting into the business (so to speak), they absolutely have my business from this day forward.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
