called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. Anthony's Plumbing was here to fix a leaky, wall mounted toilet. The technician gave us an estimate of $550. He also tried to talk us into installing a new toilet $1100. When we told him his price was too high, he asked us how much we wanted to pay. We told him $300. He said he would ask his boss and came back with $400. We wrote him a check for the service call $49 and told him we would not be using him for the repair. We got another plumber who fixed the toilet for $200. He said the part was $25. (wax gasket)

Plomero was great to work with and super helpful from initial call to final service being complete. I appreciated their adequate communication and always keeping me up to date on appointment and when plumber was en route. The plumber was super kind and considerate during service. They explained everything very thoroughly before conducting any work. I would definitely hire them again for future service.

good things about this company especially Alex and John! I had massive flooding from my guest bathroom and Hero Home Services were at my house in 30 minutes. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. I was so panicked with seeing all the water that I don't know what I would have done without Alex and John there to walk me through with their expertise. I will not use anyone else but them going forward and highly recommend !! We had a situation where we were babysitting 2 of our grandchildren and all of a sudden not one of the 3 toilets in our home would work and water was backing up into the bathtubs. When the Reddi services gentleman arrived he introduced himself and his last name was Bevart. He said not to worry he would take care of the situation. He not only cleared whatever was causing the back up but he carefully checked each toilet and ran water in the bathtubs to clean them out and make sure they drained properly. He also did one other thing...he located the second drain to the sewer. Over the years several plumbers had looked for the second drain and never found it. This gentleman found it in 10 minutes..and now I know where it is. He is an excellent employee

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had to have old faucets to washer replaced. I called Rooter Ranger and had a plumber out in about 3 hours. His name was Mikey and he was great. He explained my choices and the pricing at the startHe performed the work promptly and it was done just as I requested. He is professional and respectful and very nice person. This is the 3rd time I've used Rooter Ranger and I have been well satisfied each time.

All bad things happen on Friday night, especially if it involves plumbing. Previously, I called a different company to provide service for my plumbing concerns. That company did not work out, but I was able to contact Option 1 plumbing on Sunday and they sent Andrew to help me on Monday morning. After I explained that I had previously paid for a video of my pipes. We couldn't really determine what was going on in the first video. Andrew offered to have a look as a courtesy.Andrew showed me where the clog occurred and walked me through the video. He also showed me what needed to be done in order to solve the cracked clay pipe that had actually collapsed. Whoever rehabbed my property put in the clean outs incorrectly and they poured concrete on top of the pipe, which ended up collapsing.After diagnosing the problem, Andrew and his team came on Tuesday morning. They dug a trench and replaced the pipe before lunch. During the process, Andrew continued to send me text message updates while I was in the house. I did step outside just to see what was going on, but he continued to text me throughout the job and kept me inform of the progress.I'm happy to report that we are flushing and flowing! Thanks Andrew for your courtesy, promptness, and thorough investigation.

Bumble Bee installed new valves in my shower 11 month ago. They called last week to check up on me. I told them I wished the cold faucet was a little more sensitive. They came right out on their 12 month warranty and membership and fixed it perfectly for no charge. They catered to me being picky about it. I am so happy to have it fine tuned perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. They take customer satisfaction seriously
