After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

The heat on my water heater went out. Anthony's plumbing came out and my tech was Eric. Outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Eric explained everything in detail as well so I could understand what had happened to the water heater. We had to wait for the part to come in, but he wasted no time getting here first thing in the morning. The job was done well and I have hot water. I must also say that both times Eric came and the second day he had Anthony with him, both men were groomed well, clean clothes and more than presentable. I only say this because it is nice to see this in a profession where a suit and tie are not required. I have plenty of service people come to the house who look a mess, and although the job requires you to get dirty, you can see these two guys took pride in their job and appearance therefore PROFESSIONAL. Thank you. We will use Anthony plumbing again.

I had such a great experience with Hero Home Services! From setting my appointment with Janette ( the day after Christmas) . They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. They have great work ethic and are VERY transparent about pricing which is very important to me. I Highly recommend them. They genuinely care and want to help. Awesome customer service!

Dominic showed up on time and ready to do his job in the most cost efficient way possible for me.... the customer. I had several things for Dominic to look at and give me his honest opinion and he really did do just that. He fixed what I needed and gave me a very fair estimate to replace my water heater. He did not just tell me what was wrong or what I needed but also told me what was good and could work towards my advantage without replacement. Because of Dominic's honesty and the feeling of trustworthiness I got from him, I will def be having Reddi Services back again to replace the water heater for sure. **10/4 Did not end up having Reddi replace HW Heater but no reason other than used someone else connected to a project I am doing. NOT because Reddi did anything wrong at all.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

OMG this company is WONDERFUL. I called them at 8am this morning and they were out to my house before 1pm and everyone was so helpful. The gentleman that came out to the house was great and very helpful. Kathleen who fielded all my calls today no matter how many was very patient and understanding and I truly do appreciate that in a business. Thank you again and I will recommend you guys to everyone.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Absolutely Amazing service! After moving to the area a few short months ago and not sure who to call we were lucky enough to receive Raul who was extremely courteous, extremely quick, and just amazing all around. After coming out very quickly to aid us with all of our plumbing needs he was able to expertly answer our questions and fix our problems. Joe was amazing! He helped me troubleshoot, over the phone on Sunday, an issue with my sump pump so that I could get the smell out of my house immediately (and to see if it was necessary for them to come out). When they came out on Monday, both Joe and his coworker wore masks (which was greatly appreciated) and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
