Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

After having a very negative experience with another plumbing company through my home warranty, I was lucky enough to get to have Andres Rios from Anthony's come. This company was extremely responsive. Andres was a delight. He was super thorough, took the time to explain what was needed, and was a great representative of the company. (In fact, he was so good, I asked him if he was the owner! He took such care and had such integrity with his work.) I will for sure use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

We used Belsito when we sold our house last month for the septic pump/inspection. They were able to schedule us quickly, which was great because we had a two week closing. Unfortunately, they found an issue which they needed to repair. They were again able to schedule us in a timely manner. The guys they sent out - Robby, Dakota, and John - were great guys to work with in what was a stressful situation. They identified and explained the issues and were able to figure out and make the necessary repairs. Really nice guys who really care about the customer and doing a good job. Also, despite the mess of digging a giant hole in our front yard and all the equipment and associated materials, they left it immaculate. I would recommend them!

ReddiServices Is a great company. People are friendly and very helpful from their Dispatcher to their Technicians. Especially Mr. Gerald Schulz for Plumbing and Mr. Chris Groth for Air Conditioning.
The two rooms were flooded and I didn't know what the cause was so I call ReddiServices and asked for a plumber. They gave me a time and Mr. Gerald Schulz was at my door. My pipes was block and the water was coming backward from the air conditioning. He suggested to me that I would need two condensation pump one for each room and new piping. When he finished the work was super. He also suggest to me to get my air conditioning look at and recommended Chris Groth.
If you have Plumbing Issues, I recommend you called ReddiServices and Asked for Mr. Gerald Schulz because of his knowledge/Experience, professionalism, patient and his super work.

When my Air Conditioning/Heating finally stop working due to the worn out parts and mess up wire connections. Mr. Chris Groth came out and change the worn out parts and spend a lot of time reconnecting the wires. He also clean the coils and refilled the freeze-on. Again I had problem with my Air Conditioning/Heating so I called ReddiServices again and asked for Chris. He came out and fix my Air Conditioning/Heating again and this time suggested to me to get a new air conditioning/heating system. The unites we have is so old and they are having a deal in air conditioning/heating. Few day later got the new systems installed by Chris and his team, Harry and Robert. Their work were super and I'm very happy with their work and the new system. If you have problem with your air conditioning heating unit/system I recommend Mr. Chris Gorth due to his knowledge/Experience, patient, super work and professionalism. If you to installed a unite asked for Chris and his team, Harry and Robert.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Everyone at Coopers has always been really good to us and professional. Yesterday Justin was very patient and thorough even though it took him several tries to get the line unblocked. He kept at it and was pleasant the whole time. When he camera-ed the line and found the obstruction, it was his idea and his diligence to get past that first one to see if there were any more. There was a second obstruction and we would not have known without him looking farther down the line. We thank him very much for the time he spent here and we will be requesting him by name if we need help in the future!

My bathroom tub faucet was leaking for ages. I was concerned about calling a plumber because i thought it would be so expensive. I finally gave in and called rooter ranger. Bobby came by the next day and fixed my leak in no time. It’s been a couple months and still no leak. Bobby was very professional, courteous and funny. It was almost like having a family member come in and help fix my leak. I will be contacting them with all my plumbing needs. Thank you bobby for being so awesome and staying in my budget. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

They really are Option 1! I used the Option One of the Carolinas, in Concord, NC. Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt highly valued! Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns, responding with both short-and-long term solutions at different price points. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!

I really don't have anything to complain about except the service being a bit pricey. It cost me $245.00 to clean a simple clogged main line that took about 15-20 min. to clear. Other than that, the service was very prompt, courteous and as far as I can tell efficient. I might use them again. If you have a simple clog perhaps you shouldn't all them but if you are in a hurry the price might be worth it.
