Best Grease Trap in Phoenix AZ

We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

Highly recommend. First time building a new home on vacant desert land, homebuilder recommended A-American and I am so thankful they did. My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. He even took the time to educate me on some things about septic systems. He performed a full inspection and always had a smile on his face. Also, the team at the office was so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. My AC went out in the hot July Arizona summer. Temperatures are in the triple digits during the day and go into the 90's at night.? The first company that was called was not able to to schedule an appointment for FOUR days!?‍? Reddi Heroes came within hours!? Matt Mattox was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC and stayed a bit to be sure we were good and cooling. I will call them FIRST if a problem arises or to do a yearly checkup on the unit. ???

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

Duck's Septic has been our go to since 2014 and we've always received top quality professional service for all of our septic needs. More recently we needed them to help with a last minute pump, inspection, and certification in a timely manner and they came through for us with flying colors and quality work. Lauren was awesome in scheduling us for a pumping and pre sale inspection on our septic system. She even went out of their normal service area to make it happen. I called 9 other local septic companies before I called her. She now moves to #1 on my list. Dustin came out and did the inspection and pumping and left the property in the same way he found it. Very professional and friendly service. Resolved / replaced our old cast iron clogged and separated main drain line in a timely manner. With their modern equipment and competent plumbers they were able to complete the job quickly and correctly, even in the heat of Arizona's summer. Devon Daniel and his helpers were considerate and informative during the diagnostic and repair of our plumbing needs. Their repair cost was fair and they were understanding of our financial circumstance. I would not hesitate to call them for any of our plumbing needs.
