This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing.

PV septic is the only company all my neighbors use, and now I know why. They came and emptied my septic tank the morning I called. Butch was on- time, (actually early), curtious, dog friendly, and had great things to say about the purple he worked worn and for. Later the same day, Todd came out and walk me through what would happen during the repairs to my leach field. He then sent me by email a very reasonable quote. Experience is everything, and they've been doing it since 1958. Don't go anywhere else or you'll be sorry!

Great Company. Awesome employees, always very professional and have great prices. In emergency times they are prompt and do there best to resolve the problem in a quick manner. During Baseball All-star time Brandon came out to the fields to help fix the bathroom during a busy night. He saved the night for 250+ players and family. We had what we thought was a clogged drain. I called Hero Homes Services as they were highly recommended on our Historic Coronado Nextdoor Neighborhood site. They had a quick response time and worked to diagnosis the problem. The problem, our 71-year-old cast iron pipes had deteriorated beyond repair and instead had to be replaced. I believe the price we paid was fair, considering the amount of work that had to be done.

My wife and I found the plumbers/technicians to honest, considerate, and personable. They were at our house for two weeks and during that time we got to know them a bit. We had conversations and joked with them, but don't get me wrong, as they are hard-working men and women. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

Both my wife and I like to know how things work and they let us peer over the work they were doing. They listened to us about what we wanted and offered their input. After doing extra touches of finishing and cleaning up they left our home on a Friday night after finishing up at 7pm. We felt like we made new friends. All the crew from, Maritza, Carrie, Marlon, Chris, to Johnathan, Alex, and Alex Jr. Now that they are gone, we kinda miss them.

Brent Sanderson did an excellent job of resolving a couple of plumbing problems that we had. In addition, he was proactive regarding other plumbing issues (or potential issues). I would recommend Brent most highly to anyone and will request him by name next time that I have plumbing repair needs. Thank you for providing excellent, friendly service, Brent!

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

We called Cooper’s on Monday and they were able to come out Wednesday 12/28/22. We had the privilege of having tec Jody Martin come and help us pump out our septic tank. He was on time very professional and very nice. He made sure that his job was done right. We will be using Coopers again for our septic needs. Thank you again Jody for your professionalism and care!

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

Only did one star because I don't know how to do negative stars..They will take advantage of you and try to scam you by creating problems that do not exist. do not waste your time or money on this company. we contacted them to clear a clogged kitchen drain, after mgr came out, they insisted it was a major issue with mud & roots in our pipes and would cost $2500-2800 to jet the pipes. then stated it would cost $10k-15k when they start jackhammering into the bathroom floors. We only hired them because they offered a special to clear the drain for less than $50.. it ended up costing $270 by the time they left, and I still had a clogged drain. we called our normal plumber at Deer Valley Plumbing and they confirmed NO mud or roots in our pipes, it was simple grease clogged in the peatrap. but they stated, even if it was bad & needed a jet, it would only cost $800. definitely would not need any jackhammering into floors. the tech ANDRE and his manager totally took advantage of a woman home alone, offered several hugs, complimented all our hobbies, and played on my stressed emotions. they didn't even bother checking the peatrap or anything under the sink. they immediately went to mud & roots and even claimed to see them on the camera scope. LIARS and SCAMMERS!!I posted this review on their Facebook and they blocked my account within an hour. ***They are hiding bad reviews!! *** Do not use this shady company!!!!!***

Process went well, only two days, You need to hire a cleaning service after you leave if you dig up a foundation (pipe bursting). Min. 4 hours cleaning. I realize in the agreement you are not responsible for anything.I appreciate you trying to cover items, but leaving ANY mess in an elderly persons home is un acceptable.
