I highly recommend using Anthony’s Plumbing and requesting Ron St. Denis for all your plumbing needs. Ron fixed my hose spigot last week in less than ten minutes, then he stuck around for over an hour to patiently answer several unrelated plumbing questions/issues that had built up for me in recent years. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my 15+ questions, plus he couldn’t have been any nicer. This was by far the most pleasant and impressive plumber experience I’ve ever had, he went above and beyond and I feel like I should’ve paid a lot more than I did for this service call. Couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s no way I will ever use anyone but Ron for all of my future plumbing needs.

Matthew came out to our home to fix clogging issues. He was very professional & didn’t take long at all. I appreciate him for walking me through everything he was doing (Even if it was just to step outside for a tool). Also may I note his courtesy was very appreciated. People who loves what they do seem to have a better work ethic and it showed as Matthew was presented with two additional sink problems he was unaware of upon arriving. Thank you so much for doing your job CORRECTLY, RESPECTFULLY, AND QUICKLY. 10/10

I've always known this company as Jan Ashford (have been using them for nearly 20 years, I believe), and I was a little worried when I realized they're doing business under a different name. I needn't have worried. Chris, the service person who came out, was polite, efficient and honest. He easily repaired a shower tower in my master bath and only charged me the service charge. (I think he even felt a little guilty at that since he was only here about 10-15 minutes.) Very nice to do business with. I like the idea that they have a Service Kit with photos of their service people so you know who to expect at your front door. Thanks, Chris!!!

I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

They are truly experts at ALL plumbing needs. They work meticulously on each job to be sure it is done right. They are conscientious and careful and they are nice people!

I would unequivocally recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

My bathroom tub faucet was leaking for ages. I was concerned about calling a plumber because i thought it would be so expensive. I finally gave in and called rooter ranger. Bobby came by the next day and fixed my leak in no time. It’s been a couple months and still no leak. Bobby was very professional, courteous and funny. It was almost like having a family member come in and help fix my leak. I will be contacting them with all my plumbing needs. Thank you bobby for being so awesome and staying in my budget. Rooter ranger customer for life!

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

Woke up to no hot water on a Saturday and a leaky mess around the hot water heater. Not the best way to start a weekend! Thankfully I found Bumble Bee plumbing. From the first phone call to the final goodbye, you can tell this company prides itself on customer service. The person who answered my call (Mike?) was sympathetic and said he would try to get someone out today. He followed up regularly throughout the day and finally Dan Burke arrived to save the day! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He got the job done in no time at a very reasonable price. I will DEFINITELY be using Dan and Bumble Bee Plumbing from now on!

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to explain to me what went wrong and how to prevent future issues. The service was excellent, and the pricing was fair. It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Jon and Robbie installed a new leach field for us. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. Overall, a job well done! Thank you and we will use you again.

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

Avoid. Hired them to fix an old galvanized pipe that was leaking water into my backyard. Charged me $330 just to put a cap on it. If that was the end of it, I would've been happy. But, the pipe then sprung a leak again on down, so I called back, said hey I hired you to fix a leak but it's still leaking, and they said it was going to be another $300 at least just to come out and do the repair. I called Sunland Plumbing in Youngtown for a 2nd opinion, their plumber came out, laughed at the work Mr. Rooter had done, and capped it off for $130.00. Mr Rooter takes advantage of the vulnerability of their customers and is NOT looking for repeat business. Go with Sunland.

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
