Brandon was /is professional, with great customer service. He took notes while listening to my concerns and needs. He provided an assessment of my plumbing needs and projects to plan for. It's great to have had my immediate plumbing needs met; pressure in my kitchen sink restored and the bathroom drain fixed! He had a grab bag of 'door prizes' which was an added touch of making a customer feel appreciated. Anthony's Plumbing is the first I'll call for future needs and projects. His office support was great too! Prices are reasonable. I'm very pleased with the service, education and quality of work and parts.

Plomero was great to work with and super helpful from initial call to final service being complete. I appreciated their adequate communication and always keeping me up to date on appointment and when plumber was en route. The plumber was super kind and considerate during service. They explained everything very thoroughly before conducting any work. I would definitely hire them again for future service.

Ed is great! He came out to pump our septic tank. He was on time, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. He was very informative and took the time to educate us on our septic system. He also installed risers on our clean outs to make it easier in the future to locate and access.

Alex and his crew replaced a cast iron pipe in my home which was unexpected in May, 2020. All their crew were highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. This was a very involved repair (2 days) and was done in an exceptionally clean and thorough manner. I had experienced a problem with roof rats prior to their visit and found that after, it was that breached pipe where they had been entering. Because the problem had been difficult to resolve, Alex and Brian offered to camera all the plumbing lines after they finished in order to check for any other problem areas - at no cost! They provided consistently exceptional service and professionalism, always being on time and completing their services very quickly and thoroughly. At every part of the process, they protected my home for cleanliness and replaced all furniture and even the patio plants! I recommend this company very highly and will call them again for any services I may need in the future. I would recommend Hero Home Services for any home plumbing and other needs you may have.

Brent Sanderson @ Reddi Services came recommended from a friend. We have our go-to plumber we use, however, couldn't get to us with scheduling quickly, so I called Reddi. The scheduling was available next day (not expecting this). Brent came right on time. Thoroughly listened to the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. He also provided long term maintenance suggestions to help keep the problem at bay (rusty old cast iron pipes!) Brent was also super friendly and enjoyed our non-plumbing conversation. We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

Circle J Septic is an awesome local business. Josh and his employee came out on a Sunday after I called to look at the job. We scheduled for the next day. The showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They left my house in the same condition that it was in when they arrived. I have used other septic companies in the past, but none of the others did near as good a job! I highly recommend Circle J to anyone that needs their septic system pumped.

Chad was the one who came out and helped clean out our spetic tank. We just bought the house and had no idea of when the last time it was cleaned or even where it was located. Chad never once had any issue with it, he said he would find it and let me know how the tank looked. He spent a while out there, ensuring it was cleaned out and working good for our family. Chad was EXTREMELY nice and very professional. He gave me advise on the tank and how often to get it cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Chad each time. Thank you for all your hard work!! It didn't go unnoticed over at my house.

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system. We appreciated everything they did for us and had a great experience.

What an experience, my house was flooded on a Tuesday night. My knowledge was so minimum with my system, after trying to figure it out through the night I figured that my septic was full ?.

I called Ajax the next day and within a couple of hours Sean was able to help me. Now I know that my system has to be checked every other year. ?

I have used Belsito for a few things over the past eight years. From simple things (installing a new garbage disposal) to a new pressure release valve. A few days ago, something unusual happened. The PBV in the back of the house was overflowing and then I heard the pipes in the walls banging so loud I thought the house would fall apart. Crazy. I called Belsito and they sent someone over early the next morning. They spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem and methodically eliminating possibilities. While this resulted in new prvs and pbv, they had to continue to investigate why the backflow was still occurring. They feared the worse: a slab leak. They had a Leak Detection company come right out and within two hours, the inspection (thankfully) eliminated a leak. So, they wrapped for the night with only one more thing to try, which they did early the following morning. A PBV in the front finished off the mystery and all returned to normal. Along the way, they took notice of a few minor issues (one toilet needed a new Fill Valve which I replaced), and they doubled check a few other things just to be safe.
So, this is the best part. It was their relentless pursuit of getting to the bottom of the problem: it was perhaps more personal pride than professional ($). Oh, it all cost a bunch...but what doesn't nowadays? So, in addition to everything being new and working brilliantly, I appreciate Belsito's integrity to not give up or short-cut their effort. Quite the opposite. Hard to find these days. I'm sticking with Belsito.

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
