Best Drain Camera in Phoenix AZ

Brandon Thomas had replaced a leaking mainline into our home a while back and did a fine job. He came back today on a free inspection and determined our water heater was 8 years old with a short life left. From other symptoms the heater was failing and we had him install a new one as well as replace 6 other water valves that had locked open and could not be closed. He replaced a washer water valve that was broken. We thought he would have to cut the sheetrock out and repair and repaint it. Brandon was able to fix it as it was with no sheetrock or any damage. Very good work.

I highly recommend HHS. They moved my plumbing from under my foundation to the attic due to a big leak. They were very thorough , their work was very tidy and clean. They went over everything thing with me to ensure that I understood what they were doing. ALL of the guys that were in my home were very respectful, polite and professional. They now have a customer for life.

We recently had a water main break in the afternoon and Belsito Plumbing saved the day with a quick response time and plumbers that were ready to work and solve the issue quickly. The repair was made and the water was restored with very little inconvenience. I have used Belsito in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

You can imagine how surprised I was when after placing my initial call I was told someone could be out to the house before 5pm. Just a few minutes later a call came and said a technician was in the area and could be here in 20 min. Thankful because I had shut off the main water supply due to leaking in the toilet. Matt Mattox arrived and immediately asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. He went right to work after I explained my situation. Very pleased with his professionalism and how pleasant he was explaining everything to me. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

We called Cooper’s on Monday and they were able to come out Wednesday 12/28/22. We had the privilege of having tec Jody Martin come and help us pump out our septic tank. Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

We used to hire this company a lot to clean the drain pipes in our houses - the service was OK, but the price was hard to beat - the $49.99 was painted prominently on their service vans. It was a good value.In the last little while they raised the price a lot - now on the service van there is a number 1 squeezed between the dollar sign and the 4 - yes, it does say $149.99, although, as I understand it, sometimes they will charge a bit less. With the price gone up 3 times, it is definitely not the value it used to be. But that's not my objection. In my case, they came to clean the slow drain, and then about a month later we had a problem with the same pipe, so we called them again. The warranty is only 14 days, so we had to pay again. This time we chose to inspect it with the camera, only to find out that there is an obstruction in the pipe, which required to dig up about 1.5 feet of dirt and put in a cleanout. We asked the tech for a quote, and he quoted us $1500. We had similar work done on another house, so we had an idea that this repair should cost around a third of that. We asked the tech, and he said he'd give us a heavily discounted price of $1350 if we put their advertising sign on our property. We asked for a couple more quotes, and one was $550 and the other was $400 - both by licensed plumbers. My concern is that they saw us as a captive audience - people without a working sewer - and decided to jack up the price. This predatory way of doing business is not what I would expect from a professional I would trust. hence the 2-star rating.

They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky?To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics. He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly, a very nice young man, who performed the septic tank inspection at my home. He was on time, professional and friendly. I didn’t know this company offered so many services and when I do need someone to come out again, I will make sure I call this company first. I shopped around and East Valley Septic was the most inexpensive and the most responsive. I had called several companies and Kelly was the only one who called me the same day.
