Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Alex and his crew replaced a cast iron pipe in my home which was unexpected in May, 2020. All their crew were highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. This was a very involved repair (2 days) and was done in an exceptionally clean and thorough manner. I had experienced a problem with roof rats prior to their visit and found that after, it was that breached pipe where they had been entering. Because the problem had been difficult to resolve, Alex and Brian offered to camera all the plumbing lines after they finished in order to check for any other problem areas - at no cost! They provided consistently exceptional service and professionalism, always being on time and completing their services very quickly and thoroughly. At every part of the process, they protected my home for cleanliness and replaced all furniture and even the patio plants! I recommend this company very highly and will call them again for any services I may need in the future. I would recommend Hero Home Services for any home plumbing and other needs you may have.

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. We recently had a water main break in the afternoon and Belsito Plumbing saved the day with a quick response time and plumbers that were ready to work and solve the issue quickly. The repair was made and the water was restored with very little inconvenience. I have used Belsito in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Awesome staff and reasonable prices. This is the first time we have had a home with a septic tank and Coopers did an excellent job making sure our service experience was great. I would highly recommend Coopers Sewer & Drain for all your septic tank needs. I spoke with 2 other companies to get a general idea of the cost to drain our septic tank, Coopers definitely had the most reasonable rates. The staff is professional, kind an easy to work with. I will be using their services in the future.

My wife and I are very satisifed with Nuflow!! Stevan was our sales rep and great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. When ready for installation day Corey and the crew were on time called when on the way and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. They were done in 2 day's like they said with the relining process. Followed by them was Brandon and the crew to come out dig in our master bedroom to replace a broken pipe. They were in and out in a day with the concrete leveled back to where it was to begin with. I would highly recommend Nuflow!!!

Eddie at Universal Drain Cleaners has been my go to drain guy for many years. He is simply amazing.
When your toilet is clogged you need help right away. He always answers my call, arrives on time, and fixes the problem quickly. He has great knowledge of plumbing systems old and new (including my 1940’s house). He takes his time telling you what the problem is so that you understand what is going on in your pipes.
Unlike some, he also lets you know best practices and preventative measures to take so you do not need him again. I trust him. He has my best interest at heart. My problem is roots (that I choose to procrastinate fixing because I love my plants and am cheap!). Hence, I have needed Universal Drain Cleaners multiple times over the years. But on advice from Universal I have reduced my drain problems significantly.
Once I tried a different company. I ended up having to call Universal Drain Cleaners to fix the original problem plus the problem the other company caused while pretending to know what they were doing. The other company charged me much more than they originally quoted for uncompleted work and their mistakes. Eddie charged me his regular affordable charge and made my worries evaporate. That one visit alone saved me so much stress and headache I silently thank him every time I see my bathroom. That is how awesome Eddie and Universal Drain Cleaners are!

RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me. The whole time I was under the impression that I knew which company I was using and what pricing I was getting. They bait and switch you … do not book with them!! You don’t know what you are getting and you may end up having to pay double

This was my first experience using Blue Plumbers due to a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Thanks to the technician, it was fixed in no time! He could identify the issue, knew precisely how to fix it, and explained what was happening professionally.  He arrived on time, was courteous, and had a great attitude, which was refreshing. If I need work done in the future, I will call Blue Plumbers .Thanks again, Great job.

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
